Took my money and never did the job
After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I contacted the company to install a fence in my backyard. I paid 2,000 euros upfront to cover the cost of materials. A few days before the scheduled installation date, the excuses began.
He said that some of the materials hadn't arrived on time, but that he would take care of it and, if the company didn't deliver, he would pick them up and install them himself. But he wouldn't keep me informed about the progress unless I asked, and day after day we stayed home waiting for him to come and install. When it became clear that something was wrong and that he wouldn't do the installation, we asked for a cancellation and a refund. After much discussion, he said he would speak to his accountant and that he would return the money within 5 business days. He also received 520 euros in advance from my 80-year-old neighbor who wanted a gate similar to the fence. The same excuses were given continuously to this elderly gentleman. After 5 business days, the money was not returned to either of us. Our garden has absolutely no privacy because we removed the plants that served as a fence so he could do his work. There are other complaints similar to mine on Google and Werkspot that I only saw, unfortunately, after it had already happened to me. Do not do business with this company.
