I started working with Josh from Wellness Leads in November 2025, and it has been a great experience for my medspa. After working with three different marketing agencies that failed to deliver results, Josh took the time to truly listen and understand my business, my goals, and why the previous campaigns didn’t work.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very attentive to the needs of my practice. We initially ran two campaigns for tox and fillers that didn’t perform well, but instead of giving up, Josh carefully analyzed the results and recommended creating a brand-new campaign focused on under-eye PRP.

The strategy required producing multiple video clips and reels for social media. With Josh’s guidance and persistence, the campaign gained strong traction. Our videos received over 10,000 likes on social media, and we started getting calls from people asking about the treatment.
