Ordered 2 Ultion security door keys from them on 14 Feb 2024 but they didn't arrive until 29 Feb! Furthermore, they were just stuck to a compliments slip and sent in an ordinary non-padded envelope!

Ution keys have a number on them, which you can and should register on the Ultion website, and this is how you order extra keys.

Commande de 2 clés pour la serrure de la batterie de mon VAE. Reçu au bout de quelques jours, mais clés qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Envoi d'un mél pour réclamer. Réponse comme quoi les machines étaient pas correctement réglées, puis envoi de 2 nouvelles clés qui ne fonctionnent toujours pas. Depuis, aucune nouvelle malgré mes multiples messages. Site à éviter car pas honnête

This company unfortunately were unable to make a copy of a Yale security key but certainly gave it a good go! After contacting them to tell them that the 1st key didn't work, they tried two more times. After this they refunded me which was good of them. Would recommend

This firm were able to cut copies of an Italian security key (that another firm had said they couldn't do) and from start to finish were exceptionally helpful, efficient and thoroughly professional. Everything was done by telephone and on line with their very user friendly website and the keys were posted to me first class, so no need for me to leave the house, and all at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending them and will keep their details in case I again have need of their services.

Well done! I ordered keys that were unavailable in the U.S., for steering wheel locks that I ordered from Australia. Both keys work flawlessly.

Couple of problems for my order.
However, they stayed in contact and were pretty reactive. They continued to try to solve the problems until everything was sorted out. So, I was apprehensive at first, and even if it is not a perfect company, it is a serious company, with people that really care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Could not be happier with the service and most importantly the keys I have received from We Love Keys. With several keys lost, I tried my highstreet key cutters for replacement keys but no one had the blanks let alone able to cut them. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole lock until my dad came across We Love Keys by chance. I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. The process was so easy, sent a few photos of the key on Monday, did standard royal mail delivery and they arrived today (Friday). All 3 keys work perfectly and if anything better than the original. Thank you again and I'd highly recommend this company.

I initially sent photos of security key that I wanted copied. This didn’t work as the copies I received didn’t fit in the lock. I corresponded with the Company & at their suggestion I sent an original key back to them with the duff copies. Within 4 days all keys returned - all worked perfectly. First Class Customer Service..

I would advise going to a key cutting shop this service is very hot and miss. I uploaded a picture of the key but they had trouble copying it, sent me a key that was obviously wrong and it didn’t work. They’ve confirmed a refund. Not convenient or fast or easy.

First key didn’t fit got back in touch with we love keys they asked for some more photos of the key and within 3 days another key came back and it fit perfectly I would use this company again very reliable to deal with thanks william

Fast and efficient service, great communication. Ordered multiple duplicates and they sent out test keys first to confirm accuracy. Will certainly use this service again.

Sent photos of key to them for a replica to be made, I received it with a week. Good turn around and key works perfectly.

la clé commandée ne fonctionne pas du tout avec la serrure du cadenas. la référence est la bonne, mais la fabrication est mauvaise et le travail fait sur la clé est de mauvaise qualité.
De plus, une taxe supplémentaire de 11€ a due être payée à la Poste pour obtenir la clé. ce n'était pas prévu.
Mauvaise expérience.

Ordered a key which never arrived. I waited 24 days only to be told to wait a further week. Was also told that it was delivered by Royal Mail and not tracked. This is correct at time of purchase however this option should never have been available. Who in their right mind would send a coded key in the post and not track where it is. I will now have to change the lock on my door for this unbelievable occurrence. Do not use this company for coded keys as they wash their hands of any wrongdoing when it comes to delivery.
