Wemx has been pressuring companies by encouraging their people to leave 1 star reviews as a way to push their ticketing system. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and creates a toxic business environment. Instead of trying to improve their product and win customers honestly, they resort to harmful tactics that damage the reputation of other businesses.

I got my money back, and WemX is really okay. I think installing plugins and mods is really cool. Proxmox is also good; it would be nice with a VM console.
I have been with WemX since February 10, 2023, and I can honestly say the WemX panel is great. Now, don’t get me wrong—I wouldn’t say it’s the best, as it definitely has some bugs that need fixing and could benefit from better updates. However, if you’re willing to take the time to learn it, you can make it work.
I currently have the Platinum package ($359), and I also had the old billing panel. As someone who is quite tough on monthly subscriptions and trying to save as much money as possible, WemX was the right choice for me—but it may not be the right choice for you.
My suggestion is: if you want to try WemX but are unsure, start with the Plus package ($10.79). You can always get a refund within 14 days. All I can say is, make your own decision. Yes, support can sometimes be slow, but there are other resources you can use, like asking the community on Discord or searching the WemX documentation.
Anyway, that’s my take and honest review.
The system looks good, but the support is terrible. He can't answer in the ticket when you try to solve something. I will answer you with one message first, then no one will answer for a few days...
I recommend buying other systems...
