I had the unique privilege of being in communication with Susan Okpani. I have become present to the spiritual context of reality in the past four or five years and have spoken to many people who have shown incredible wisdom and connection to greater understanding.

However, with Susan it feels more. When she speaks, the truth she says is crystal clear. There is nothing to falsify, analyse, contend with. It's pure channeling. I imagine truth is just truth and nothing else and that's what I experienced under her guidance.

I have been facing many complex personal and spiritual challenges. Trying to understand my life, why things are unfolding as they were at that point. It felt like crisis.

Susan illuminated perfectly, patiently and with light and ease. Levity, no significance. Like a happy benevolent angel.

I used to be a materialist in my view of the world into my late twenties but my understanding of reality has widened somewhat since then as I have just become 40.

Susan completes the picture. She is a bridge. She is True and she is pure and the experience of it is pure bliss and a blessing. Liberating.

I’ve been to a couple of meditation sessions now with Ian and both times I have come away feeling enlightened, optimistic and with strategies to incorporate meditation into my very busy life. Ian’s approach is more than just guided meditation - he takes the time to settle into the sessions, creating a calming and comfortable atmosphere before attempting any meditation. He talks through everything clearly and takes the time to check in regularly with how all the attendees are feeling. We have touched on so many different elements of meditation - sound, colour, movement, words… I have learnt so much from these sessions and now I am really beginning to see beauty in the every day chaos of life. The free We Offer Wellness online workshops offer a great way of sampling the modalities and seeing what sparks an interest. They are held in a calm and easygoing space, all the providers are knowledgeable and are clearly passionate about their service.

Kicked me out of an online workshop due to falsely accusing me of sharing graphic content.

I have ADHD and bipolar, and this has triggered me to have an episode.

I was so looking forward to this event.
