The case does not live up to the…

The case does not live up to the expectation the kickstand does not hold the phone up. It keeps falling down. I would like a total refund.

Sturdy kickstand gets daily use

Already dropped my phone twice since getting this case, still no wobbles or loose parts. The kickstand moving in and out has a click sound, feels much more solid than my old rubber cover. Didn't expect the weight to be this heavy in hand, which is actually a plus for me.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Ordered a phone case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but it doesn't fit properly. Contacted the seller, but never received a response. Waste of money.

Took some time with the delivery

Took some time with the delivery - although i understand this is not generally something that you would have control around

The round pieces protecting the cameras have split and cracked and i have not to my knowledge dropped the phone - disappointed with this as the rest of the case looks very nice and seems to be doing the job, although i will now have to replace it

I wish I had come here to read the reviews before falling for the scam. Customer service is worse than appalling. Your email will get automated response no matter how many times you send it and they’ll be happy to shamelessly keep your money for an item you never received.

Customer service was responsive

I contacted customer care regarding my order which hadn’t been dispatched after 10 days. The team was responsive and a full refund was issued promptly.
