I had a prompt reply after filling in an online form i found on Facebook. Someone called me back within a couple of days as i completed the form on the weekend. They found out what requirements i had, and then booked a convenient time for me to speak with a specialist.
Chloe was very professional and patient, as i was ignorant about the TP scheme and had too many questions. At the end of the appointment, i had a very clear understanding of the TP and was able to take decisions about what i have to do, with confidence. Eli Black reached out whilst my usual advisor is on leave. It was easy to arrange a meeting and Eli walked through each of my policies and was able to address the questions I had. We reviewed my appetite for risk, where I was in terms of working/retiring and how to minimise tax burden.
