Chris was kind and pleasant. Thank God he didn't have an accent. I understood him and he understood me. He was very helpful and he cared enough to ask me how I felt once everything was signed and finished. Honestly the savings each month that would really help me survive month to month, though it is basically the same service that I had previously contracted to. I felt ( right or wrong) that I was paying my monthly contribution to the account and they hadn’t paid anyone any payments as of yet
