still haven't received my product after 17 days... Despite 2 different times of me contacting west coast shaving, the two tracking numbers for my two orders still aren't working (the two tracking codes they sent were wrong). They can't tell me where my stuff is...

update. It's been 22 days since my initial order placed on september 20th. Still no sign of my product or any assistance from west coast shaving. I've been trying to contact them but till now, no prevail. This is absolutely unacceptable customer / delivery service.

My privacy may have been breached due to fraudsters taking advantage of the Spark Pay system used by West Coast Shaving. This is unacceptable.
No apology or acknowledgement came from West Coast.

I received a letter in the mail from, Capital One Spark Business informing me that my personal information, address, phone number, card number, expiration date CVV, banking information may have been accessed.

This is serious business, that West Coast should acknowledge and apologize to their loyal customers.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Right now, I will hold off on online purchases with them.

Ordered Shaving Brush. After I opened the box, realized it is too big to use with shaving soap so I contacted support to return and get the right one. Even though website stated that 365 days return policy (Baloney) because I opened the box, I was told to read the return policy and so it can not be returned. This is the first time I went out of my usual Nordstorm and other high end retailers route and paid the price. I will never buy again.

Read many great reviews on WCS. Obviously, these respondents had no issues with their order.
The products and pricing are fair, however, customer service is poor. I ordered a razor from their midnight collection(black) and received SS/chrome instead. Problem was, I also purchased a black badger brush, black stand and black shaving mug. There was also a price difference, in their favor. First contact, Christina, expressed regrets, then proceeded to offer to replace THE CHROME HEAD, and if I was interested, I COULD PURCHASE A DIFFERENT HANDLE!
I explained that did not correct THEIR MISTAKE, and that I would be returning the entire order for a full refund(I spent over $200.00). Kevin replied "no problem...........feel free to have your order shipped back to our office".
Not often have I experienced a company that makes ZERO effort to keep a paid customer, especially when the error was theirs!
I will be returning entire order, eat the return shipping cost, and NEVER do business with WCS again.
Hopefully, if anyone purchases something online from this company, you receive the correct items with no problems. If there is an issue, you will get no satisfaction, hence, customer service? NOT

I ordered for my dad some shaving equipment he needed. It came super fast and he said the quality was amazing. He has it still and has been months.

If you're used to using those cheap disposable razors go to west coast shaving now and never look back. West Coast shaving is a sanctuary for shaving. I switched over to a safety razor a while back and i'll never go back to disposables. They have so many different styles and price ranges you can find a product to fit your lifestyle and budget no matter what they are. And the cost savings of double edge blades, it's almost stupid not to buy a safety razor from them. West Coast Shaving will change your life and your perspective on what shaving is supposed to be.

Since I discovered this website I will not buy anywhere else stuff for shaving. They are great and amazing products.

Thank you for a great product! I used to use all those over priced multi -blade razors that never really did the right job. So I drew back to the good old double edge razor (still currently used by your pro-barbershops).
Now I get the perfect shave just like I did in my military years and couldn't be happer. Now instead of spending $468 per year on the multi-blade, I now spend at the most about $40.00 per year to do an even better job with the double edge.

I was extremely satisfied with this company. From the on time speedy delivery to the great prices. I really enjoyed how well I can keep up with my order via email. Truly the best internet shopping experience I've had. Service is informative, friendly, and lightning fast. As it happens WCS was the first wet shaving site I ordered from and there my search ended. No matter what I buy from this place it comes in fast, and the quality is outstanding. I'm a man...I'll be shaving all my life. If you have fast, quality, service like this...There is no reason why you can't have customers for ...literally life! My go to place for shaving and grooming products.

Still optimistic things will improve until my complete satisfaction. I viewed the video on youtube hopefully practice enhance shvae
