And naturally there is no phone nbr to call. Big surprise!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE INCOMPETENT CROOKS,
Great products. Give it a chance
I have ordered twice from West coast vape. It does take longer for you to receive your order, however, both of my orders have been correct. The first order took 14 days exactly and a week for the second one. I did read the reviews but I gave them a chance. I'm glad I did. My advice is to order way before you are out of product and you should be fine.

Shipping was delayed about two weeks from when email said it was to be delivered... everything arrived intact except one item on backorder. Item appears to have shipped out a couple days after others. Didn't answer email to support department though.

I placed an order with West Coast Vape Supply online about 10 days ago and haven't received any updates to my order. After reading the reviews, in kicking myself for not letting that be the first thing I did. I see I originally paid for a product I will never receive!

TLDR: Lack of response & order not filled. We are not getting close to 2mo with no order & lack of customer support. Am now working w/bank to charge back the order.
I placed an order on 6.3.2025 and have not received it yet. They are low/out of stock on the Novo 5 pods. I reached out, they informed me of some options: I could wait. I was heading out on a trip, so cool - no rush. I come back two weeks later and the order is still not fulfilled. Reached out to customer service again via email. Gave me me some options. Told them to ship what they had & cancel the novo 5 pods they did not have in stock.
Have had no response or feedback. Basically I paid for an order that I have not received. Not even a response to partial ship what was ordered. I'm also getting ready to move and have cited this numerous times as to timeline and/or managing changing ship to address.
They used to be great, I loved supporting them as they used to be super solid & reliable. Now, I think i'll have to move to another vendor like Element Vape to start shopping with. :(
I did order via Element Vape & got my order in 5 days.

Scam
It was given one star only because I can't give it zero.
Customer service was prompt to return my very first email, not one since. They took my money immediately & the website says it will ship within 72 hours.
That was May 22nd. It is now June 11th. And customer service will not respond. 127$ and I know I'm never going to receive it.

Requested a refund & fortunately I did eventually receive it.

This is not the same West Coast Vape anymore!
This is not the same WCV that we have used for the past five years. They continue to tell me my order has been picked up by UPS, but UPS doesn’t show it or they can confirm it has not. Buyer beware. I have had contact but there is never a signature or closing greeting from the person sending the emails.
Hopefully my bank will refund my money!! Shame on you West Coast Vape!’
order has not arrived
Order was placed in late March and was allegedly shipped on March 25. The tracking has never updated and says it's waiting for the package. We blew by the 2-7 business day delivery window and yesterday was the 10 day grace period the carrier gave. No reply to email. I think I may have just been scammed.
Won’t ship order or return emails
Ordered pods for my Geekvape Digi Max - they sent coils versus the pods I ordered (5 boxes) and I’ve contacted them three times to rectify the problem, oddly (but had I read their trustpilot reviews beforehand it wouldn’t be surprisingly!) they have completely ghosted me and won’t respond to repeated attempts at reaching them. Avoid them at all costs! And what’s up with the no phone number to call them situation? It screams “we aren’t legit” from the get-go. Lesson learned, sadly.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I paid for a disgusting mystery box for my girl..it arrived really late and I paid extra for the fast shipping and when she got it she was mad and disgusted.. I wouldn't even give them a star if that was available.. don't waste your money or time and check out a different vape shop

I paid extra instead of free shipping as they list shipping times as 2-10 days. Today, 14 days later, I received a notice that my order was received at the. "sort facility" and to give 1-2 days for item to ship. That will be 16 days just for them to get my order out. Then it's in USPS hands to get to me. NEVER AGAIN!
Their site shows 78K 5 star reviews...How can they lie about that?
Fastest turnaround time ever
I was hesitant to place another order after seeing the reviews but I tried anyways since I used them in the past. This time was great. I placed my order at 10pm Thursday night, and it shipped out Friday, then it was delivered on Saturday. Fastest turnaround time ever and they shipped exactly what I ordered. There are some new taxes and fees, but I blame California for that. In the end, it was worth it.

I placed the order they quickly took my payment and I can not get a response from them in emails and even tried calling the number on file online it goes to mailbox is full and hangs up. I do not recommend the for anything they are a scam. Im in progress of disputing it with my payment method this place is nothing but a scam

I ordered from them as they are in my same state,and I thought shipping would me faster that way. LOL definitely not the case only received stress and dissapointment.

Vape Juice order never delivered.
I placed an order for 7 bottles of Vape Juice on 11/8/24. On their website it says that the order had been fulfilled, but I have received nothing. They don't have a customer support phone # and they don't respond to support emails. I'm going to have to dispute this order with my credit card company and buy local
Lost package and not heard anything from them
I placed an order with them in March, it got lost in the post and despite numerous emails to them no one has gotten back to me. 7 months and still no refund or communication received from them.
Stay Away - Terrible Service - Slow Shipping
I've been a customer of West Coast Vape Supply for years and will say that 50-60% of the time you have LONG delays in getting your order, the absolute worst of anyone I've ever done business with. I've only really continued with them because after years I know to order 20 days ahead of time and they offer 10% discounts regularly.
However, all of that is no longer worth it. The latest example of their lack of worth as a company is that I ordered $250 worth of products (which I do most times) and it took them FIFTEEN DAYS to even print a shipping label with USPS (they know they messed up because otherwise they ship with their really slow other provider) and now, after another three days, USPS says it still has not been shipped.
If you inquire into their show ship times they are totally dismissive and pass the buck to the shipping company but you can clearly see that THEY didn't even try to ship it until 10-15 days later.
Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from this company, they shouldn't even be in business.
