They only give you time if you’re going to spend money in their store. I am an existing customer and wanted help on addressing issues. They right away discouraged me saying it’s a 1.5 hr queue. I insisted to be put on the queue and said I’ll wait. They didn’t even take my customer details properly. When I asked them to show me listed on the store assistants tab they had my name wrong and the waiting time showed 8 minutes. I asked to speak to the store manager who was even worse in his attitude and rude.

Terrible experience, do not order from here! Product never arrived and still working to get a refund. Customer service doesnt exist, just automated messages

I got my delivery two days ago but it’s wrong item I didn’t get what I had ordered.i sent emails tried to talk to someone but nothing happened.i don’t know where is my parcel.i am so disappointed I didn’t get what I had Ordered.

Horrible experience- don’t bother using as they’ll take your money and you’ll never get your order. Falsely advertise 3-5 business days for delivery but 3 weeks later still nothing. Zero communication or updates from them about delays. After many emails from me chasing them to find out where my parcel was, they told me half had been delivered to store but they had lost the order. Don’t trust them, order anywhere else but here!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, i had a grest experience with Westfield Direct.

on July 18th went to the toilet and bumped head on the toilet pole at whitfords have had headaches everyday and head is sore, feel dizzy and sickly sometimes

I need the zero stars option for the worst online shopping. False advertising on the site. I placed an order for two lots of jars that came in a pack of 6 from MYHOUSE via Westfield direct. Was clear in the multiple descriptions that the package contents being purchased are a pack of six. They sent 2 single jars. I went through the support process and they refused to send the remaining 10, stating I had to purchase each separately. That would mean at the extremely over-inflated price each small jar would have been over 300% increase in price per jar compared to reputable suppliers. They have since ignored my email. Have taken it up with the Department of Fair Trading. Depending on the outcome will also make a complaint to ACCC for false advertising.

Placed a click and collect order which was meant to take 3 to 5 days for delivery. After 3 weeks Im still waiting. Westfield Direct Hornsby don't return messages, don't follow up and don't care about customers. Order elsewhere if you can!!

Have a terrific experience at Zara . Westfield white city branch . waste my time and sent 5 email to them and I end up with that they are only landlord and they have no customer service policy in place . my advise , if next time anyone being rude with you do not waste your time to report it to their customer service just act accordingly and shout them back because they don't deserve respect. I regret every minute that I spend in that shopping centre.
You well deserve Zero rating with your poor branded shop even when I put it in tweeter they come back to me after few days and say they are not dealing with customer service . that shows customers is their last priority.

Placed an order for an item using their advertised promotion code.
After a week, I was informed via email that Westfield is happy to inform me that my order has been cancelled - what the heck?

Customer service provided me with a new promo code as a "gesture of goodwill". Well guess what - that second order was cancelled also!

Yesterday 28/11/2021, I have been to Westfield shopping centre at Stratford and I had to pray Asr there. When i went to prayer room, there were three security officers stopping all the people who was coming to pray, saying that it is now closed for the weekend. I would like to inform you if you are not aware or remind you if you know the fact that we as Muslims pray everyday, please note, including the WEEKENDS, and as customers we might be shopping during the prayer times and have to pray there in order not to miss one. I presume that authorities know that multi faith rooms are also frequently used by Muslims too who prays weekends as well as weekdays. There may be people with disabilities and can’t pray in the parking area on the ground. So please taking these points into account, keep prayer room/place open as long as Westfield Shopping centres are open. Knowingly closing the prayer rooms just for NO reason is to be considered as disrespect to Islamic religion and its believers, regardless of their color nationality sex and background. You might say that it was closed for the significant or any reason but then in that case Security who was in charge in that time had to inform me in very appropriate way, otherwise there is a risk that customers may claim that they have been discriminated against on the grounds of religion or belief.

Hopefully by the next weekend Prayer rooms will be open to all members of religions.

It's easy to park (although I think the parking is way too expensive) and you can find everything you want. It's convenient to eat and go to the movies. It's also extremely convenient for onward travel to the city, Canary Wharf and the west end.

I have Smart Park so don't have to faff about with tickets and paying.

I would give it a 0 review if it let me. I purchased the chunky knit blanket which looked nice in the photo. Took almost a month to get to me with very very very little shipping/tracking information. Called 3 times. No return call. Did receive a text message that said to contact them via email. Emailed them and told them I wanted tracking information which they did not provide. Finally received it and it is a piece of crap. Not worth even a dollar. Worst thing I have ever purchased online. Poor customer service also

Last Saturday I went to Westfield Shopping Centre in White City and parked my car to the car park. After I left my car, someone broke into my car and stole overhead control unit. I tried to call the security from the emergency button but nobody responded. Then I went upstairs to find security. They came and wrote a report. They said that this area is a blind spot and it is not captured by a security camera.
It seems like there is a serious security gap in Westfield Shopping Mall car park. I'm impacted emotionally and financially. I think you should be aware that you and your car is under risk at Westfield Shopping Centre.
