Saw advert on social media for 100% cotton casual shirts. Bought two. Arrived after 3-4 weeks . Shirts are cheap 100% polyester with huge collars - nothing like the ad at all. Contacted company via their website as they offer 30 day guarantee refund for any reason. Lisa from Weston said shirts had to be returend to their warehouse in China at my cost. Cost would be up to 120 euros . Alternate was a 20% refund. Complete scam. They have trustpilot reviews on their site which are fake. Will report to Trading Standards and try to get them shut down. Avoid , avoid

This company should be banned from trading in the UK, they are fraudsters!
I placed two orders with Weston that I thought was in London. After two weeks delay I asked where my orders were and to my surprise I was told to be patient as they are coming from china! The first order was for a men's knitted top which was called Enzo. The photo on the website looked as though it was a chunky knitted top in a single colour, when it eventually arrived the top was made from a thin printed polyester. I complained and asked them to arrange collection and a refund. I got all the excuses and first offer of 20% which I refused, then 45% and eventually 50% all of which I refused. they then offered to credit the full amount once they received back the top, at my expense, which to china (including customs) was to be around £40.
After many emails when I pointed out that they were in contravention of laws relating to distant selling, I contacted my credit card company who agreed to open a disputed transaction and charged back the full amount. I'm waiting for them to arrange collection as I do not want it! I am also in the process of reporting this company to Trading Standards. The other order for two ribbed tops were also poor quality, cheap polyester.

Please avoid this company, they are a complete Scam. I ordered a Weston London Alvin shirt which, on their website, seemd a high quality warm cotton shirt.
It took nearly two weeks for the shirt to arrive. By then I realised via tracking, that the shirt was coming directly from China. The shirt that eventually arrived was a cheap, thin, cold, shiny polyester shirt, poorly made and poorly fitting - nothing like what I had ordered.
I have been trying to get a full refund as per their website, but as with all the other reviews, have to return to China which would cost me a further £15 to £20. Offered a 50% refund but haven't accepted. Have contacted my credit card provider hoping for a full refund and Trading Standards. Avoid, avoid!!

One star as I couldn’t give a zero. My first and definitely my last dealings with this company .Item took an age to arrive and disappointingly was too small, This is where my disatisfaction began It took three emails to provoke a response when that came the customer service advisor called Linda completely missed my point I told her the item was too small!! She offered me a refund of 20% so that I could retain the jacket to gain some value from it , ITS TOO SMALL I said the other alternative was to return it at my expense , the downside ,it had to be returned to CHINA! Why not London as they are Weston -London ? Why do I have to return to CHINA? Can’t even arrange an exchange .I am still awaiting instructions for return , it seems they are adopting delaying tactics so that I get to 30 day deadline for return !
Quality of the jacket was good ,but look out if you have to return an item.I will give this company a wide birth in future , might have to keep this jacket, if it proves too expensive to return it to CHINA, might fit the dog ?

I ordered size 9 (43) shoes. I should have guessed they were coming from china.
Shoe is too small - closer to an 8.
Company will not refund the cost. To send back to China will cost over £22.
I cannot recommend this agency, hence one star.

Omg I can no believe how they can sell their cheep and damage products in London they should be banned from selling horrible customer service I ask for refund but they said no free refund which is completely different than the website policy

Avoid. Same experience as others. Poor quality clothes. Shop is not London based. Huge return costs.

Less than one star… absolute con artists ordered 2 high quality cotton shirts, after a month of waiting 2 cheap nasty polyester shirts arrived nothing like the shirts I ordered. The photos and descriptions on their website are a million miles from what you receive. Eventually negotiated a 50% refund, as would cost £20 to return to China and I don’t trust this company to actually issue a refund once the product has been returned. Please please please do not order anything from this company. They do not have a shop in London and are a cheap Chinese import company. What they are doing can not be legal.

Jumper not received ..no tracking number given even though it says Royal Mail
Tracking on the order but no tracking number and nothing on Royal Mail app ..another useless Facebook advertising purchase from china and not received against my better judgment ..won’t make the mistake of ordering anything from FB advertising again ..FB needs to take responsibility as well for fraudulent advertising.#Facebook 😟..do not order from Weston London on any platform

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Total scam and did charge back through bank which has been accepted. Don't know how they sleep at night when just basically stealing peoples money. Avoid!!

Ordered a ‘breathable cotton’ shirt. Turned up and was 100% polyester. Also had a ridiculously sized collar not seen since the 1800’s.
DO NOT be taken in by these shysters

UPDATE - cost of return makes it uneconomical to send it back, Absolute disgrace of a company. Contact ‘them’ and be persistent- got the 20% offer up to 50%.
They said I could keep the shirt for use or ‘re—purposing’ - A polyester duster will do more harm than good. Now, if it was cotton as advertised……

I ordered a hoodie from this website, the items looked great, how wrong was I…... The product arrived after weeks of waiting and the quality is shocking and not worth what they charge!!! And if you think it’s based in England, it’s not, it’s flown over from China!!! I would strongly advise you give this website a miss, don’t waste your time and money!!!

Managed to get a charge back from my bank. Do NOT use this company you will lose money. Same images of products on several other sites, so most probably a scam

The cotton shirt arrived 100% polyester total shit I was offered the 20% refund as well total scam why are they still in Facebook.

AVOID THIS FAKE WEBSITE

Ordered two cotton shirts, but received two ridiculous 100% polyester shirts with huge collars. When I wanted to get my money back they said keep them and we give 20% discount. Why the hell would I want to keep them.

Then when I said I will send back if they pay for the shipping, which is legally what is required, they said no and it’ll cost £40 to return.

Have now filed a Section75 and reported them to Trading Standards and TikTok.

Despicable company. They pretend to be from London but are Chinese ,I never thought I could be scammed but I have 60 pounds for what seemed a beautiful coat from the website turned into a horrible filthy rag I'm so angry and upset

Quality of the material is inferior as is the lining. The description says it's a wool coat but, if it is, it's a a very poor quality, rough and shiny, and the lining is baggy and inferior. There are NO pockets! Who makes a coat with no pockets? And no labels inside saying what the fabric is or how to clean the coat. The 'London' part of the company name is very misleading as you expect it to be a London company but all the products come from China and any returns have to go back to China paid for by the buyer. Never experienced anything like it! I was offered a discount to keep the coat but that means I would still be spending over £36 on a coat that would be going to the charity shop. So paying for the return.

Same experience as others who’ve already posted. “Comfortable and breathable cotton” shirt arrived from china and was 100% polyester and cheap and nasty. I was fooled by the appearance of the website.
