Good range of previous season jersey for good prices. Unfortunately bad experience when they cancelled two jersey that they didn't have stock of but didn't refund me the extra shipping I paid on those jersey.

Had the rudest services rendered. Weston delivered the wrong item, their policy indicates that is wrong item delivered, item will be collected with Weston bearing all cost! When this wrong delivery was raised, Weston did not even offer this option. Sought their advise if it could be collected at Jewel, the reply was yes. Bought the item for exchanged, was informed can’t be exchanged as they didn’t receive any email. Once again service failure. Was then told to do it at Queenstown. Had to make another trip to Queenstown. When arrived, explained the situation, instead of providing an apology for the service failure, I was once again redirected to another store. The most annoying thing was the staff who claimed he’s the boss even made a rude remark. Weston carries a wide range of products, with the top management behaving in such a rude and unprofessional way, it leave bad customer services as a norm and much to be desired!

Weston Corp has very bad online service. Made 3 jerseys on end-of-season sale. Bought XL for the 3 jerseys. Made purchase on 17 Aug 26. Rapido the delivery company delivered on the 23 Aug 26. Good delivery company btw.

However, upon delivery, i tried one of the jerseys and found it too big. but since i have worn it already, i decided to ask for an exchange if possible via the official website. i formally submitted my request on the 24 Jul 26 and was emailed that i would have to wait to hear from them.

Hence i waited for a week and i did not hear anything from Weston Corp. Hence i decided to send 2 enquiries via the exchange email notification and the official enquiry email stated in the website. its 2 Aug 26 and i have heard nothing from them.

I even told them that i was ok to go down personally to make the exchange of the jerseys from various shops if they have stocks and permit me to do so. till date, i have not even hear anything from them and not even a mention that sale items are non-refundable. very very disappointing online service.

nearly 2 weeks of waiting. countless follow-ups, most of which were ignored. conflicting information from the sales staff right up to the boss. finally received a “brand new” football with visible dirt and scuff marks. that’s the weston corp experience.

i thought the 3.0⭐ rating was harsh. after looking at the ratings across all weston corp outlets on google, it turns out they were generous...

They didn’t dispatch stock after received payment .

I order some products from their website . on mid of May ,until now ,they didn’t dispatch any items .i send email ,WhatsApp and phone call.They also no reply at all .I am afraid something happen of them right now .totally not recommend this shop

Paid for a pair of Samba Messi☺️ on Feb 6 at 8pm. I was still contemplating when I unintentionally paid via PayPal-oh heck see if it arrives. Followed up on the 10th (pm) but was met with my purchase being flagged as fraud, understandable as payment details did not match delivery details. 11th (am) verified, by (pm) I received the tracking number. 36hrs later, DHL delivered. WC team response time via email was top stuff. Even kept track and advised on delivery status. Absolutely freaking awesome.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I’m shopping again pretty soon.
Btw I’m in 🇵🇬, paid online and shipped from 🇸🇬 to 🇵🇭

Store is not really complete. I wanted a Real Madrid autheticated away kit 24/25 with the number rodrygo 11. they didnt had rodrygo. Also, they didnt have any juventus kits. 3 stars, could be better

just now infound out the champions league badge i added for an extra 25 dollars did not stick

Terrible service. Bought the jersey during early sales and was informed that the jersey was out of stock after 1 week. Instead of compensating, they just randomly offered another club jersey and asked me to pay for the extra cost. What a great recovering service. Tried to WhatsApp also but received zero respond.

Website is not a scam but customer service is very poor. Often the listed items are out of stock after you buy it. They also take about a week to send it out, which is remarkably slow

Ordered a special edition Leicester City x Buriram United top from this website and thought I would give it a go as they accepted PayPal and I couldn’t be happier with the product and service. I ordered the top on the Saturday from Singapore and it arrived on the Wednesday to the UK with full DHL tracking provided. The price of the top was excellent and I couldn’t recommend this website enough! Absolutely chuffed with the purchase, price, shipping time and shipping costs!
