I bought a winter parka for my wife in November 2024 and by the winter of 2025 it was helping the outside from the battery and heating elements. Definitely a product defect. I also bought myself a vest a pair of gloves and two pairs of socks all heated I just sent in a warranty claim for the women’s parka and they said it was out of warranty. They have since changed from a 12 month warranty to a three year warranty, but does not apply to me. I realize I should have sent it in in November 2025 when it happened. But the fact that they do not want to make it right is a lack of customer service. I see now why so many people are disappointed in their products. I will never buy another Product from them and I’m going to let everybody know not to as well.

Substandard Return Customer Service
My experience with the Weston Store has been frustrating, and we ended up having to keep a set of gloves that did not fit.
I first ordered the Weston Heated Gloves as a birthday gift for my wife. I even paid extra for easy returns. The heated gloves were too bulky, so we decided to exchange them for the Weston Heated Glove Liners. I called and spoke to the customer service representative as my wife measurement was on the border line between M/L and XS/S. the representative recommended the M/L. Upon receipt of the M/L liners these we too big so we initiated an exchange for the XS/S liners. Upon receiving the XS/S liners they we still too big/bulky. I then attempted to initiate a return and was told by customer service that we were past the 30 days from placing our original order. We worked faithfully with the Weston Store to obtain gloves that fit and after all the interaction with Weston Store there is no way we could meet the 30 day return limit. The final customer service response was – “We truly understand your position, but we are unable to extend the return window for this order. This policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness across all orders.” This policy is better characterized by inflexibility, inconsideration of a customer who tried to obtain a workable product, and unfairness to us.
The product is a good one but the process to obtain a proper fitting product is unreasonable and unsatisfactory.

I had ordered a pair of the heated gloves for my girlfriend, yet the small was to big for her tiny hands… So thru the easy to use site I initiated a return, and purchased her the small glove liners instead… Super easy to do, they sent me the return request paperwork along with the shipping label, for me to print… Her glove liners arrived and she loves them… She has Raynard’s Syndrome and these should really help her the rest of this rotten winter we’re having in New York…
Long-term, regular usage
We have used Weston's heated gloves for the past two years, snowmobiling in Yellowstone NP last year and on a regular basis working on our farm this past winter. We have been very satisfied with the comfort level when paired with adequate gloves. When one of my gloves ceased to warm my fingers a few days ago, I contacted Weston about my options. Chris and Archie were very accommodating and worked with me to come to an agreeable solution. Would recommend to friends and will feel comfortable contacing the company again if there is a future problem.
Jacket arrived without charging cord
The Weston jacket I ordered for my husband from Amazon arrived without a charging cord. I emailed Weston directly and received a reply the same day. I provided them with the information they needed and had a most pleasant exchange with their representative and have been assured a new battery and cord are on the way. This has been a flawless customer service experience.

Excellent Warranty replacement
I purchased some heated gloves this winter. I used them many times working outside in single digit temperature. One glove stopped working. I contacted Weston and sent them a video. They replaced the gloves in two days under warranty. I was very pleased with their warranty response.
I purchased these heated insoles for outdoor activities
I purchased these heated insoles for winter morning walks and have also used them in my cycling shoes on cold rides and in my boots during late-season football games. They’ve performed exceptionally well in every situation—keeping my feet warm and comfortable even in very cold conditions.
After some use, one insole stopped heating. I submitted a warranty claim, and within about a week, a brand-new pair was delivered to my home with no hassle. The product works great, and the customer service was outstanding.
I highly recommend these heated insoles for anyone looking to stay warm and comfortable during cold-weather activities.
Woman's Heated Fleece Jacket with Hood
I recently purchased a woman's heated fleece jacket with hood for my wife which she thoroughly enjoyed. When she saw how cold her sister-in-law was she gifted the jacket to her. So I purchased a second jacket for my wife. This new jacket did not warm completely in the back panel so I contacted the warranty support department. They sent me a new replacement without any hassle. I strongly recommend Weston heated products. They are stylish and perform well. Also, my wife continues to brag about her heated jacket to her friends.
Nice liners
Nice liners. Still a little big for my small hands but it’s workable. Had the best customer experience ever when one glove quit warming after 3 months. Gloves were replaced without hassle. Highly recommended company!! Thank you.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I returned a battery since it wasn't compatible with my vest. They then sent me another battery that was the same one they sent the first time. I had just returned the battery, didn't ask for a replacement since I had to research which one fit my vest. (The company changed the battery connection). Numerous emails were clearly misread due to a language barrier. I now have to return the battery a second time. Talked to someone, probably in New Dehli, India from the sounds of it. He said to call them to return the second wrong battery and get the correct one. Yikes. Meanwhile, I'm in the cold for another week at least.
False advertising.No phone support.Poor refund and return policy
They advertise a product making you believe that the heated gloves heat both sides of your hands.They don't.There is no phone support.They will not accept any returns unless you have all of the original packaging.They have a 3 year warranty but the provisions are so strict and without the original package, they will refuse the refund

I purchased a pair of socks for my wife for $80 the one sock stopped working, I purchased in December 2024 in March 2025 three months later they switched from a one year warranty to a 3 year warranty I only needed one sock replaced and their recommendation was to buy a new set for 80$ instead of just sending me a replacement sock. DO

The gloves do not do well at all in any type of cold especially if there is wind. The wind will penetrate the material regardless of what heat setting the gloves are on. If you are using them inside a vehicle to drive, they might be ok but as soon as they are exposed to cold and/or wind conditions, your fingers will no longer feel any heat.
Heated gloves/excellent customer service from Weston
We have the heated gloves from Weston, which have been working well this winter! Remember to charge the batteries every so often….on another note, two fingers of one glove ripped along the seams while shoveling snow. This turned out to be covered by their warranty, and after a brief email exchange with Chris (who I must say is an excellent customer service representative), they sent a new pair of gloves since they “are made for durability” and those tears should not have happened! Of course I’m thrilled that the warranty covers the gloves, but it was a great customer service experience that you just don’t find everywhere. Prompt, polite, asked pertinent questions…. I recommend Weston and would not hesitate to purchase other items from them if needed.
