Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent - I emailed the company to inquire about an expedited order I needed asap and within one hour I had already spoken to the salesman by email and phone and within 3 hours had already received 2 mockups and approved our order. We ordered a Westshade 10x10 Canopy Tent recently and the order process was smooth and easy with plenty of communication to feel comfortable. We have not received the tent at this time, but will follow up with a material review.

Westshade has been a breeze to work with. Everything has been super easy. I went online and requested pricing, submitted our logo, had it drawn up and then approved. Everything was done by email, and the team was very responsive. We ordered a standard 10x10 canapy tent with a backdrop and 2 logos. If we are ever in need of another tent, Westshade will be my first email.
