We are sorry to hear that about your experience with us. I did a check on your account, and couldn't find enough info about why and what aspects you didn't really like. It would be great (for us and to the audience reading here) if you provide more context to your message above, so that we can determine exactly what parts in particular did not earn your satisfaction, is it support, interface, usability, etc.
Edit 1: I went a little deeper to the conversations we had with you, and in fact, none of them contain any much context or clue about the actual experience you had. You requested a trial from us as I recall, and then support team was quick and responsive with granting you a free trial. You then submitted a cancellation request for the trial a day later with no other words or reason than "not really as reliable as I wished" ... We processed your request accordingly, and additionally, I reached out to you via tickets for further info and clarification about your experience, but there was no reply from you. I then I did a quick GTMetirx test on your website to check the performance score (based on the little info you provided, I figured that's what you may have done), and clarified to you that the overall score was because of the poorly coded front-end and not optimizing for browser-side, all resulted in this score, and found no any indication (TTFB or whatsoever) of an issue with the server and then the hosting - attached screens for more clarification: https://suar.me/GwEZN

I am in love with WevrLabs, I am working on a very weird kind of project and ever since I started it I have run into various problems. I just pinged the support and they solved it each time. I have caused trouble to them a thousand times they are amazing. Thank you WevrLabs.
