Paul was quick to respond when we first got in touch and was flexible in arranging a time to come over. He changed the locks at our new home, offering a range of different security levels - explaining each of them - and was really efficient. We were very satisfied with the service he provided.

He explained fully what he was doing and I liked that he was upfront with all costs.
(No hidden cost) He communicated that he was running slightly late, which I appreciated as it meant he was professional and cared for your time. He very quickly fixed the problem. Also did maintenance on the stiffness of the lock which he did with ease.

I asked Paul to check on the problems of the smart lock. Paul was on time and friendly. He explained clearly on the root cause and provided a workable solution. It turned out the problem was caused by the misalignment of the strike plates. I wish I had asked Paul to come and check my carpenter's work right after the door was installed! I'd highly recommend Paul if you need a local locksmith.

Fast, smooth and well done

Absolutely great service. I had tenants locked out of the bathroom and Paul at WGLock was able to go down, Open the door and replace a broken lock, same afternoon.
