I love the customized onboarding process, great User experience, and Nice Templates. The customer service is also top notch and their follow-up emails when I was learning about the product helped. It shows they're product-led. Keep it up Whatagraph!

The customer service team is always available to answer any questions, advanced reporting services.
I hope they have more plans that meet the needs of a wide range of customers.

Poor customer service. Waste of time to be frank. Not as flexible as the competition and poor value for money.

Not sure if the business understands what no means. Repeatedly said our business isn't interested over calls and emails but alas, they keep contacting us.

Servizio pessimo. Non prevedono rimborsi. Il customer care, solerte, solo per dichiarare che non può, non è previsto, non si può fare, che le policy non lo prevedono ecc. Siamo ai limiti del raggiro. Cercate altrove.

My advice to all considering is to fire into Google alternatives as this providers service is not only slow, unreliable and hugely overpriced. It is met with (what they deem a USP of personal service) which I have received a completely inhuman and generic response to a billing query. It makes me struggle to understand their position or value in today's fierce marketplace.

Whatagraph 'talk' and charge an executive service but fall far short of that in reality. I wish i had someone tell me this before signing up. Had I known this sooner I'd have saved thousands with an 'easy to find & equally effective alternative' provider who would deliver what I expected.

There are so many analytical linking platform software services available now..all 'claim to be the best, the fasted.. the most reliable'
I can state that Whatagraph is neither.

The other provider I found is 1/3 the price and so far is more reliable & has a team who appreciated the business its customers give.

The absolute best customer support I have ever experienced in my life. If you spot a bug or need a new feature they respond immediately and new features are built in a matter of weeks! Plus super easy to use software that anyone can use without needing a data scientist/analyst to set up.

I used Google Data Studio for the paid media performance monitoring, but it does not have the opportunity to easy edit and send those reports to clients. When we switched, I am pleased about Whatagraph's cross-channel function as you can make whatever you want - add metrics together, separately see campaigns, ad sets levels, merge data with totally different channels as email + impressions, you can create your own formulas. I did not find any other tool to have this flexibility in functionality.

I work as a freelance, paid media specialist, and time equals money for me :D I needed a tool to find lovely templates for campaign reports, daily activities reports, yearly reviews, etc. I use templates, set them, and they are automated send to my clients. Finally, I have more time to dig deeper into data and find insights, not spend hours to print screen my Business manager pannel.

A simple-to-use straightforward tool that does what it is supposed to do. No long onboardings or set-ups required. You can jump into it right away. There could be more integrations but it seems like they are working towards adding them. All in all, a great tool for a fair price.

Our marketing agency has been using Whatagraph for a little less than a year and we can already see that we've benefitted a lot. We no longer have to gather information separately from different sources - we extract and display all the data instantly because Whatagraph has all the most important integrations available. And, most importantly, we save time because we can easily provide informative visuals to all of our clients by simply using this one tool. By the way, every time we had a technical issue, it was solved really fast. Their customer support is very helpful. Recommend!

We’ve been using Whatagraph for a year now, and it gets better every day! Before this tool, we used to provide our clients with PPT presentations. Slides contained handwritten numbers and screenshots from social media dashboards. It was fine for a while, but when our agency started growing, we identified, that the preparation of reports alone was just taking too much time. So we started looking at how to make our lives easier and accidentally discovered Whatgraph. It wasn’t the only tool we’ve tried for sure — all of them could more or less meet our needs. However, client support at Whatagraph is just remarkable. They helped to solve all our problems during the trial which they kindly extended, and eventually, we stayed at this platform. New features keep coming in (e.g. we are able to use custom domains now) and we never looked back.

I have been using Whatagraph to create reports on my social media page and PPC performance. It's a great tool that turns data into some insightful visuals that are easy to understand. One thing I've noticed is just how simple it is to build the report. I have integrated my Facebook, and Google Ads accounts and the data was instantly aggregated onto Whatagraph. They even have a feature called Smart Builder that builds a report for you, based on your desired reporting criteria. All in all, a very great reporting solution.

The tool is really easy to use even for the marketing intern. It has a lot of pre-made templates and widgets which fastens report building and gives more time to focus on strategy, not gathering data from all of the channels and checking is it accurate. Also, it is great to work together on the report - you can comment directly without a need to write each other long emails or make calls.

Our company managing lots of different client accounts at the same time and we used to call the end of every month a ‘’dead-end’’, since all reports are presented or sent during that period.

Nowadays, almost every platforms has its own analytics tool, but when you combine a few of them in one report - it looks like a huge mess. In this case, Whatagraph played a crucial role and made that mess into bless. A few buttons to press, some metrics to choose and some design to implement, comments to insert and voila! Send and forget!
