Great experience!
First of all the service was beyond my expectation considering the affordable cost! Service is very efficient and Dr Sewrathan was very helpful with all the advice I needed! I was very sceptical but so happy I gave it a try I will definitely use their service again!

Unsettling Experience
Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience. I was expecting an online Whatsapp video call with the actual Dr. I honestly thought it was a scam, as my messages were not being answered and I was asked the same information over and over. Why fill in a form with all your info, when they ask for it all again and again in the WA messages? I was asked maybe 3 or 4 questions and before the consult was even finished, a medical certificate was sent to me. Diagnosis - "Medical condition" ok... Well that narrows it down. In my honest opinion, having a consult over text is not authentic enough for me. I could be texting a gamer behind a screen for all I know. 5 min consult = R280.

Our service is designed to be affordable, private, and convenient, offering text-based consultations for those who prefer flexibility. Videos, photos, voice notes, and medical documents are also sent in our consultations when needed. These are clearer than video calls, which allows us to more effectively establish diagnoses. While we understand repeated questions can be frustrating, they're asked for clarity, patient safety and security.
Regarding your sick note, “Medical Condition” is the standard used on sick notes to protect patient privacy, in compliance with South Africa's privacy regulations including POPIA. All our doctors are HPCSA registered and verified to ensure trustworthy care.
We encourage open communication during consultations. Our top priority is patient safety, and if telemedicine isn’t suitable, we refer for in-person care.

Very efficient and prompt. The doctors ask all the necessary questions in order to diagnose and prescribe treatment needed. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The service is very easy to use and its a short process in order to consult with a doctor.

Highly recommend with effective response time and professional.
The response time was effective and I like that I was asked about my medical history along with the medicine I take so that the doctor can know more about my health after been asked what was wrong with me. After my diagnosis, I was asked my preference if I wanted my prescription script to be sent to my local pharmacy and if they could check for me if they deliver, or to give me the script directly. It would have been better though to be asked prior how many days I needed on my sick note as I felt they were a bit too many, but I believe the doctor just wanted me to get enough rest hence number of days he gave me to stay at home for. Very professional and kind.
