Wheels came very quick and look great on my car. I ended up buying 4 Firestone destination tires from my local store. Look like they were made for the car.

I recently ordered a set of wheels & tires from WheelHero. They arrived mounted and balanced along w/ the proper lug nuts. I installed them w/ no problems in my drive way! You can trust them to take care of your order! Very knowledgeable & very trustworthy!

I have purchased several wheels and tires from Wheel Hero and am always extremely satisfied and genuinely happy with the products and customer service I receive each time. They are very caring, understanding and always willing to assist. I wouldn't consider purchasing wheels or tires anywhere else.

The tires and rims was shipped on time and they were in a great condition well packaged and a great service

I purchased a set of rim (4) from them and we are in the same state as their office. We realized we made a mistake and needed 1" wider rear tires, i expected to pay for shipping. But it took them forever to respond to my emails and each one said "usually 10-40 mins return time on emails" and it took them 5 days and I was told to call the office and they gave me the number.
I could only get the sales department and they took my order number and said returning shouldnt be an issue and look out for an email from their return team.
The email came about 20 mins later and said I was responsible for shipping AND a 25%(!) restocking fee on unopened brand new rims. What kinda scam is this? That is nearly $400 plus shipping.

I am not impressed. A business is defined by how they address customer issues, not how they take care of easy transactions. I was trying to give them more money and send them more business through our shopts but they clearly dont want to work with us so here is your review.

They have garbage quality, stay far away from this scammers. Don't do it!!!

I purchased a wheel and tire package. When I received and unwrapped my wheels the tires looked as though they were used. The front lip of the tire that meets the road was rounded and the back was higher. More squared off. So when you stand the wheel up, it falls over. And also as he stated, you’ve been warned.
Customer service suggested I needed a wider tire and could provide a set for another $500. It doesn’t matter if a tire is skinny or fat, it should stand on its own if it’s a new tire. I took the wheels to a Goodyear Tire Center and a Tires Plus and they both said they were used tires. As the other gentleman stated, I’m thankful I can purchase another set of tires and try to sell these at a discounted price. But what of the people who cannot. I will definitely not order from wheelhero again.

Evrything went perfect with my purchase. I received everything on time and it went perfect! Thank you so much

2 stars because the order arrived quickly; however, one of my Fuel wheels did not have the pre-drilled mounting holes for the lug nut cover, and was discovered after mounting all 4 wheels. The customer service agents first bright idea was for me to ship the wheel back leaving me with 3 wheels and tires. His next solution was that I purchase a new wheel and ship the defective wheel back and would be reimbursed later. I have the money to so this but what about the people who don’t?

I will never order anything from this company again!!!

I was very skeptical on buying wheels online but wheel hero customer service was very knowledgeable an helpful. I received my wheel in the period of time promised and they where perfect. They fit my vehicle perfectly. I absolutely recommend this company and definitely would buy there again.
