Wheeljackslab.com Reviews

Chris was very Honest and fair in his offer for my vintage GI Joe collection. He was also very promt in sending the payment check to me. Chris was very helpful to answer any questions in regards to the sell and the proper way to box up my items.

He responds very quickly. An overall positive experience.

Found Wheel Jack's Lab on the web when I was searching for info about my vintage GI Joe toys that I'd had since I was a kid. They are highly rated and there's a reason for that. Their site is well-organized, easy to navigate and you can see what they've recently sold for comparison. Super responsive, they made a no nonsense offer. I packed everything and they paid for shipping. They issued payment when they received and reviewed my collection.

I sold my vintage GI Joe collection along with a much smaller Star Wars collection. There was great communication every step of the way, and Chris made the whole process very easy. I am very appreciative.

Great communication, with very specific instructions throughout. Highly recommended!

I recently found a box of brand-new, still-in-cellophane copies of Pitfall! for the Atari 2600 — 23 copies in total, all from 1983. I’m not a gamer, so I had no idea who might be interested in something like that.
While searching online, I came across Wheeljackslab and reached out to Chris to see if he might be interested. He responded right away with an offer. Since I’m in the greater Los Angeles area, I also contacted about six local retro game shops, but after waiting a week, not one of them got back to me.
I followed up with Chris to see if his offer was still on the table — and it was. He provided clear, precise shipping instructions, sent me a prepaid shipping label, and made the process incredibly simple. Before I even shipped the package, Chris deposited the full agreed amount into my PayPal account, which gave me tremendous peace of mind.
I’m really glad this random find ended up somewhere it will be appreciated by someone who truly values it. The entire transaction was seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely give the experience two thumbs up.
Thanks again, Chris I hope it was a great purchase for you as well.

Very awesome to deal with! Honest, polite, quick response and seamless to work with! Will be back if I dig up any more toys. I would highly recommend!!!

Communicating with Chris was easy and timely. I sold all my Star Wars toys from 1977 and 1980 that I had stored in boxes for many years. About six years ago I unpacked the toys and took pictures of everything. I really wanted to sell everything at once and Chris made it happen.

This was a great transaction. I live in Ohio and was looking to sell some carded WWF Hasbro figures from the late 1980's without paying the high ebay fees. I found Wheeljack's online and submitted my photos for a quote. Chris emailed back quickly, and then also walked me through the process, which was fast and simple. He also prepaid, and paid for shipping. Couldn't have been better!

It was easy, I sent photos and got a quote fast. I found the offer fair and it was easy to send everything to Chris.

fast, clear communication, easy, gave me a fair price

Dealing with Chris at Wheeljackslab was very easy. Communication was by email, as I live in Wisconsin and could not visit the physical establishment. We came to a fair agreement for the purchase of my vintage toy horse collection and my Evel Knievel Stunt cycle.

Easy to deal with and clear directions and process.

Was very easy making the transaction

Chris was responsive, and sent payment instantly. He gave me a fair price on a lot of GI Joes and paid for shipping! Great experience!

I had a collection of Ninja Turtle figures, vehicles and accessories as well as Ghost Buster figures, vehicles and accessories that I was interested in finding a buyer. I was not interested in selling separately on a site like eBay, to time consuming. So I googled and found Chris's company Wheel Jacks Lab. It shows on the first page. His site makes it very easy for you to upload photos of your items for him to review. All submission is given a job # so easy to refer to.
Chris was very prompt with his reply and makes very acceptable offers. Included with his purchase is the proper shipping labels and necessary instructions.
I would not think twice about doing business with Chris. Very nice and professional to do business with.

Chris responds right away with a fair offer. Provides mailing label(s) and detailed instructions for packing the items. When shipment arrives he inspects it right away and advises of the condition. Payment check is sent in a timely manner. Overall, he makes the resale process easy.

Excellent experience, Chris was spot on , no complaints very easy transaction, I’m in Detroit Michigan and turned in some redline hot wheels and got the best offer from him then any other place I looked thanks again Chris I will be getting in touch soon for some other things

Chris is a great and trustworthy dealer. I have successfully sold multiple transformers items and Star Wars items to his business. These transactions have been very fair for both parties involved. He has been very quick to respond to all of my questions and requests! He has been a pleasure to deal with.

Chris was friendly and made everything easy. Instructions were simple and clear. Would totally use him again. He collect any toys form the 1980!
