All I can say is , I have the most horrible experience with the after sale team that’s after I have purchased 8k motorcycle
This is addition to my first review after I read what wheels motorcycle put .
First of all I am new to all this and I followed what I you guys said and n one called me or follow up after I brought the bike surely that’s something you do with customers when they buy new bike .so I came for 2 services as I was advised and then I didn’t even use the bike that much as it’s been sitting in the garage anyway . So one the person that I spoke to was so rude about it two why I haven’t been advised to do these things as even if the bike didn’t do mileage yes as I mentioned I don’t know much about bikes and it’s my first bike but instead I had you should’ve done this and you should’ve done that and when I asked you can always ask the sales man that sold me the bike if he did explain things properly the answer was he is not with us anymore but we are sure that he did so basically I am laying.
I had brand new cars before and they always remind you when something needs doing to your car and they call you to check if you still happy with your car and in this case you didn’t do non of that you didn’t even bothered to ask how is the bike so anyway the bike is new touch wood nothing will happen to it and I got it serviced by a Yamaha dealer and I will sell it next year but one thing for sure you the one lost my custom and I will never step a foot in one of your branches .

Great service from knowledgeable, friendly staff. Ended up buying a new lid and new boots.

The best online purchasing experience I've ever has. Ordered 4 items. All arrived as scheduled. 2 were a bit small/tight.
Discussed with sales and returned and exchanged but what made it extra special was the jacket was custom made to fit a zero extra cost. Fast replies and what I consider above and beyond service. I will 100% purchase from these guys and girls over and over.

Absolutely awesome! I ordered a Dainese t-shirt around 3pm and it was delivered the next morning. Excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great order processing (got a call to set my mind at rest on a delivery). Product was very substantially discounted against all major retailers, even tho it is a best seller and current stock. Not my first, and def not my last, purchase

I bought my first bike, an Aprilia Tuono 125 through Wheels and received excellent service from Matt Frantom and the Team.
Over the winter the battery went flat and it reset to km/h. I followed the manual, googled and spent hours trying to set it back to mp/h, mp/g to no avail. At the end of my tether I emailed Wheels on a Sunday. I received a call from Tony, the Service Manager about 9:30 on Monday morning talking me through the process and offering hints and tips. When I got back to my bike in the evening, within a minute I was back to mp/h. It may seem like a small thing, but small things matter! Cannot recommend the Team enough!

Purchased a new Mutt 250 Super 4 from Wheels and was looked after by Darren. Even though the bike was a much lower retail price than many others on offer i was shown every help, courtesy and the best level of service i could hope for.
A really great experience and my first time using the Company.
