Nothing But Issues
Shipping messed up yet again. Was delayed and I was never responded to until I reached out. Another "problem" with their "system". Now they have a "problem" with UPS. There was also a "problem" as the last bottle I received the cap was broken off. Beware ordering from this company. I will be switching to another. This one isn't worth it.

Previous opened and shipped as new
Shipping was fast and on time. Package was delivered without any exterior damage. However, Product was previously opened and damaged. The decanter has a stress crack all the way through and seal was broken. Thought this was a new product, not one that had been previously returned.

Customer service is not aware
The product delivered was exceptional. If therev is a need to contact customer service... then the company fails. Customer service is not trained well. They were unaware of what is advertised or promised on the website and unwilling to look to verify what the customer says. I was able to use AI to figure out how to do what I needed to do. Just as the website advertised. My concern if this is what they are hiring in customer facing positions, what is the rest of the staff like.

I gave customer service multiple opportunities. I was supposed to get a call ... never happened. I even reached out about the no call. Get your customer service department fixed. They currently drive business away.
