Feb 7 placed order and received "order confirmed" automated email response. Feb 20 went to website and found that a shipping label had been created on Feb 8. Then started looking for a way to contact them regarding the order status. No phone number is provided anywhere. Sent an email to the "contact" email provided. No response.
Feb 15 received notification that some items had shipped. Tracking provided says label was created Feb 8.
Feb 25 sent another email requesting a status. No response. Order still says label was created on the 8th.
March 2 Contacted credit card company to dispute charges.
March 5 received notification that order has shipped expected delivery March 10th. Shows 5 of the 7 items are in the shipment.
