The WC team is absolutely amazing. You can't find a better all around group to work with. I attended every webinar on Mondays and for 10 months always getting educated but more importantly accomplishing with hard work and following proven habits to get a 65% reduction sentence from my original 63 months. Literally putting together a narrative out of my own words, release plan and proper preparation for the PSR interview. Immedialty putting volunteer work in and started working toward my redemption. Listening to judges, probation officers and case managers give you expert advise it's priceless. You can do all this work on your own or you can join the team and go through this process with a team who has been there done it and got the tshirt. The #1 rule is you have to be active and apply the principles if you want a best outcome. This team will guide you but you must take action to make it a success.

Going through the process of being sentenced was terrifying. I was facing guidelines for fraud loss of 97-121 months - the prosecutors were asking for 37 months (even considering cooperation) - but Joe (Joseph DeGregorio that is) helped me get ready for the PSR and Probation interview and the Probation officer recommended 24 months (even WITHOUT considering cooperation) - and I ended up getting a year and a day. I'll be home in ten months. The judge said it was the best PSR he had ever seen. Get with Joe and get started asap the Probation report can save your life.
