I worked with Joseph DeGregorio regarding my issues with the Federal government. Joseph and his team wrote an amazing release plan which helped reduce time with the BOP. Joseph is a fountain of information regarding the prison system. Joseph knows all the FSA laws. If anyone is in the position like I was where I had to navigate and fight for my rights in the federal prison system. This is the person to deal with.....

I had the privilege to work with the White Collar Advice team after my sentencing. Its a very challenging period but the White Collar Advice team with Justin Paperny and Joseph De Gregorio help me navigate the tough challenges and uncertainty. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable in his field and provided me with valuable insights and advice that helped me navigate through a complex legal issue.

I truly believe that choosing to work with WCA was one of the best decision I made once I became immersed in the criminal justice system. As someone who had no history with the system and a lawyer who wasn’t well versed in effective mitigation strategies, WCA provided me with the support that I needed. I would highly recommend, at a minimum having a conversation with WCA, just to see if it is the right fit for you and your journey. Joseph and Justin always said that if you are not willing to do the work then you only have yourself to blame. The last thing I wanted to do was to leave my sentencing hearing with a feeling that I could have done more.

4 years ago I found myself in the middle of federal conspiracy case . After much research I hired WCA to help me get the best possible outcome.
Their guidance lead me to take full responsibility of my actions ,Start preparing for the future and making sure my personal narrative was known to everybody involved.
In the final sentence the Government’s pre sentencing report was asking for 24-30 months incarceration.
The Judge after committing on my character reference letters and personal narrative letter to him, Sentenced me to 18 month’s probation. I am positive if I had not had the help and advice from Justin and Brad I would have received a much harsher sentence.

White Collar Advice made a very unfavorable situation much more manageable for me. After their consultation, help, and advice, I’m beginning my sentence with a positive attitude filled with optimism. Here’s what I can tell you if you are able to work with these people run don’t walk to do it. They fully prepared me a former criminal defense attorney for what to expect they were beyond generous with their time.
My initial contact was with Alec, who was very helpful and when I tell you all these people are responsive it’s amazing their generosity is overwhelming
Then I worked with Forrest to develop my release plan, and the quality of the work was once again well beyond what was expected
As good as these people are and let me tell you they are great it was the opportunity to work with Joseph
That I will tell you, you can’t put a price on originally set up for an hour call we spent almost 3 hours, and he walked me through everything so that I was not going to be surprised at what to expect .obviously being extremely apprehensive I then had several follow up calls with him so I could learn the dos and don’ts well in advance
So I worked with them prior to going in. I also had Michael Santos work with me on a course to teach other inmates, but I know they work with a lot of people while they are incarcerated to help them.
These people truly care, and they know what they’re talking about.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
When my attorney asked me today did I have an idea of what to expect? I told him I had a full idea of what to expect because of Justin, Alec Forrest and Joseph.
