Hi, I’m Tony – founder of White Donkey and a lifelong coffee lover. For me, coffee isn’t just a drink, it’s a daily ritual. After years of experimenting with every brewing method I could get my hands on, I noticed a common frustration — some of the best coffee gear was either hard to find or overpriced locally. That’s what inspired me to start White Donkey in 2020: to make quality coffee tools more accessible and affordable for everyday coffee lovers. We began as a small, independent business and quickly grew thanks to the support of passionate customers who care about their coffee as much as we do. In 2023, we launched our website to bring our growing range to even more people. From moka pots and pour-over kits to espresso accessories, grinders, kettles, fryers, and home coffee roasters — everything we stock is hand-tested by our team to meet the high standards we expect in our own brews. I purchased a coffee milk jug from this company.
The jug was not as described or photographed.
I asked for a full refund.
The return process was very easy and a full refund was paid.... so no issues as mistakes happen in business.

Great to drink if only a bit burned by me.
Once roasted in my copper French Roaster =it tasted something like burned coffee.

Looks pretty but wouldn’t purchase again
Has to email the team to remind them I had brought an item. No acknowledgment email sent once the stovetop espresso machine was purchased so wasn’t sure I was going to be sent my coffee machine. I have been using the item for 2 weeks now. It works but the quality of the item isn’t great. The lid is not centred, so while the coffee brews it spits and splutters past the lid leaving a mess on the stove. The edges of the lid are sharp so there is a risk of cutting yourself while using or cleaning it.
