I order a pair of checkered biker shorts size M. The photos in the listing are of a woman and that's the style of shorts I wanted.

They sent me a giant pair of men checkered shorts that are NOT biker style and are instead baggy and made out of garbage material.

I emailed them for help, twice. No response either time.

This is a total bait and switch site. You order, don't get what you paid for, and then when you email them for help, they ignore you.

This is a site to order from if you enjoy the following: NOT getting what you paid for, being sent something of poor quality that is not what's shown in photos, and then being ignored via email when you need help.

Stay far away from them unless you like getting screwed out of money.

I ordered my package a year ago and have tried several times to get an answer on where it is as it was never delivered. The tracking information provides no way to get in touch with the delivery company. It says it made it to my country but that is it. Never delivered. I will never spend money with this company again and I would suggest the same for everyone else.

Website navigation is pretty straightforward. Would love to see more brand variety added. The payment plan feature is clutch. Definitely a reliable source for authentic hype clothing and footwear collections.

These socks are way more amazing than I expected. The artwork and design are so unique and creative. Material is incredibly soft and comfortable. They sent me the wrong item and I have to pay the return shipping to Canada from the USA without any guarantee they will refund me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They took almost a week to respond and won’t answer follow-up emails. I just lost my money, terrible experience.

Unfortunately, I have a similar experience regarding the poor customer service that many others have shared here as well. I made my first order, a pair of socks, which arrived on September 20th (the item was dispatched from China, the delivery was actually fast), but on the wrong color. I understand that such things happen sometimes, so I reached out to the customer service team for a solution i.e. to get a new pair of my chosen color (or a refund if they are not available), but the only response that I received, 8 days ago, was an offer to get store credit, which I didn't agree to because I don't see the point. Since then, I haven't received any response or updates from them. Not sure how busy they are, but considering how much faster they respond to negative reviews here, I guess they are just ignoring me.

Anyways, be careful with them in case you order something. My first order was a very small one, precisely because I didn't want to risk it given the negative reviews here. The quality of the socks is just mehh (as you would expect from mass-produced textiles from China), but I already knew that, so it was fine by me to overpay just for the cool design.

Edit/response: I have already emailed you today, just before posting this review here, and gave you my feedback directly (order #6962056). Please save the apologies, stop with the delay tactics, and take some accountability for your perpetual poor service.

Update 1: No update, ofc they don't respond no matter how many follow-up emails you send.
Update 2: On Oct 8, they finally responded and confirmed that a refund would be issued within 1-7 business days. A month has passed, and I've not received that refund still. I sent an email to remind them, and unsurprisingly, they did not respond...Never again!

I love your website and items, however for the second time, I received the wrong size. The shirt was great and fit nicely, however the leggings were a size small even though I bought a 3xl, so I can't wear them - a little disappointing.

I ordered the CH beanie hat since June 13th, i haven’t received it yet. I contacted the company via email for last two months . They replied that they would refund me the money. Until now I haven’t received any refund from them. There was about 10 emails that responded back and forth. But no refund has been issued.

Several items were missing from my order #6961876. The shirt’s design does not match what’s shown online, and the fabric quality feels low. There is no phone number to call, and the site blocks reviews, so I can’t post there either. Customer support responses have been slow. Not satisfied.

Everything is from China, but I mean you know that's what you're walking, into It's pretty obvious.

The issue lies in their costumer support, I bought quite a few items and one item never arrived, so I contacted support to request a refund. We chatted back and forth for a while, before they suddenly ghosted me after providing them with my paypal and saying I'm sure that I never received a refund directly to my bank.

Buy at your own discretion, do NOT expect help from support they are utterly useless.

It looks like all the items are coming from China, which is fine, but I didn't realize at the time of purchasing- I chose the expedited option. The next day I am emailed that one of the items I ordered is out of stock which sucks but ok, I email back asking for alternatives which they just never answer to. I had to email multiple times asking them for a refund, eventually asking them to cancel my entire order. Instead, I see that they shipped what they had in stock and refunded me for the shipping and the out-of-stock item.

Really frustrating because I don't want anything from them at this point. Also, the out-of-stock item is listed as available, which doesn't make any sense.

If you have the time and the patience then they look like they have some cool items but terrible communication and quite misleading
