We have used WHMCS Global Services for many unique, challenging products and the team is always available to assist and the development time and quality is on point. They even answered me at 3:30PM on a Sunday to help resolve an issue!

I paid for service, and as refund policy requested for refund, but not received refund or service after 30day ! also they ignore answering my tickets !

Very helpful people. We needed a custom WHMCS hook and after several revisions due to added requirements of our partner, they made it work. Very recommended.

The new Hostx theme is amazing! The support team is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help fix any issues. They spent hours with me to fix issues related to updating the theme that were caused by my own edits. Appreciate the help and clear communication.

We've hired WHMCS Global Services for developing a WISECP custom module, agreed with a great price, and most thing that has impressed me was the timeframe that they finished the module, in about 3-4 days. Initially I was not too happy with a great deal of inconsistencies and small bug items that were broken. Originally I left an okay-ish review for them as I like what they had done and had a huge appreciation for the hard work to build this product. I have always said their support is pretty good, but now I have to say the support is brilliant, actually beyond brilliant.

Sandeep made contact with me, we spoke about the challenges, the bugs and so forth and within one day, he had tackled every issue I had, fixed, tweaked and explained it all. He seriously left me so impressed I shared my experience with everyone I met that day. This is how support should always be.

So yes the template takes time and effort to construct everything, but then if you own/run a hosting company you know that everything takes time and effort. This is truly a great template system. Not only do you have one site to deal with and no longer have to maintain two sites. It loos great, works great and leaves you feeling great, knowing that you potential customers are having a brilliant experience navigating your site and purchasing your product.

i am using there product almost 2 years.. there product design is very very good but i am really happy from there support. everytime they give me live support without any excuse . if i can give more then 5 star i must give that. all the best.

WGS customer support is instant, clear, transparent, and satisfactory. Their documentation is also crystal clear however, sometimes a little too technical for non-technical people like me who are new to WHMCS.

In such cases, I'm always able to get someone to walk me through the steps within 10-15 minutes of raising a ticket on working hours. I could not have completed my latest custom WHMCS project without it.
