I WOULD NOT recommend a purchase from Wholesaving.

I purchased a 50ml bottle of Australian Sandalwood Essential Oil. It came labelled as such but it was NOT that at all. It was an Asian Sandalwood that smells nothing like the Australian variety.

I contacted them twice. Once by their online contact form and once by the email address on their website. They have not replied.

So now I'm stuck with an expensive bottle of oil I can not use because, firstly it was not what I ordered so does not suit my needs, and secondly the scent of Asian Sandalwood gives me a headache.

Again, do not purchase from this company. Unethical and no customer service.

This company has a huge blog..organically sourced essentialoils,hexane free absolutes....Lots of advertising TOTALLY FAKE...AT A HIGH PRICE...I got $400 for my birthday...opened Hyacinth..yuk...chemical smell,horrible...shouldn't have opened the others..But...I spent so much $$. Maybe it was a bad crop? Magnolia, disgusting Rose de mai...I could smell the pthalates..Tested in sink..thick globules, tested on blotter...thick yellow oil that stained,tested in diffuser,thick globules and a thick ring around it 3 rubs with alcohol wouldn't remove.....the smell so chemical I had to throw it out...when I threw the other 2 down the sink the chemical smell was in the house for hours.Cant even reuse the droppers..plastic tops...asked for a refund on the last $130... oh its been shipped...threatened chargeback...order cancelled but no refund. Monday still no refund. Threatened chargeback immediately. Refund in. This is an Australian company that is as unscrupulous as a Chinese or Indian...company i have dealt with.Except Indian essential oil companies are obvious when they are scamming ..My God,I'm a pensioner my whole birthday present from my Husband down the sink.. No botanical name on any bottles. .so,legally Wholesaving can say Rosa moschatus steam distilled but thats not whats in the bottle.

AVOID...LIKE 10 PLAGUES.

Fake-run a mile! A lot of their oils have a similar smell and give me head pain. Scammers.

Purchased a bottle of Oud oil from these guys, definitely fake. I've used Oud oil for years and know exactly what it smells like. What they are selling is damn right artificial with a burnt smell to it. At this point I wouldn't trust any other oils from this seller. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
