After a really difficult (and worrying) previous experience when looking for a second-hand car, it was important to me to buy from someone I could genuinely trust.

I dealt with David throughout the process, and he was brilliant from start to finish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. Everything was open and transparent, particularly around the service history and MOT, and any questions or concerns I had about minor issues were already identified and dealt with before the car went on sale.

I’m really pleased with both the car itself and the level of care I received. As an example, after purchasing the car I realised I wasn’t quite sure how to use some of the buttons inside (having not driven this model before). I was at a petrol station just round the corner, and David actually drove over to help me, which was so kind and completely unexpected.

I’m absolutely delighted to now have a reliable car for me and my family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David to anyone looking for an honest, stress-free car-buying experience.

They sell you one thing then declare the a different thing. Check all paperwork and don't trust there warranty package not worth the paper it's on

Recently purchased a car from Whoop cars, from the onset I was very impressed with the friendly welcome from the sales staff, without feeling pressured to buy, they made sure we had a full understanding of the cars we were looking at and that they were within our budget. Highly recommend this company so much so our daughter is also purchasing a car from them as well.

Overall great experience, and everything went smoothly thanks to Owen.
The car was a little tired inside but Owen assured me that it would have a full valet and look like new. That was certainly case when I picked it up.
