A reply from Widmerversand, when wanting your money back looks like this. I'm thinking of contacting my colleagues in court to sue this company:

We completely understand your concerns and appreciate you letting us know before opening the package.
Rather than having you go through the inconvenience of returning the item, we'd like to offer you one of the following solutions:
- A voucher for the full value of your order, which you can use on any item in our collection, or
- A free replacement with a different item of the same value from our collection.
We hope one of these options will provide a simple and convenient resolution without the need to return the item.
Please let us know which option you would prefer, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you right away.
