Terrible customer service, poor quality wigs
I heard good things about this company and wanted to give it a try. The first wig I received was poor quality, and even my beautician said the lace was no good and that the curls didn’t hold at all. The wefts were poorly sewn. I reached out to them about my concerns and received a lot of pushback, with them claiming they only make high-quality wigs. This unit was almost $400, but they only offered me a $10 credit. I had to keep pushing to get a $50 refund, which felt like a slap in the face. During this process, I was still waiting to receive another unit I ordered for to be installed for my graduation/vacation, but I never received it. Now, I’m waiting up to 45 days for an investigation into a lost package. I would never order from this company again. They lack ownership and the customer service is poor.

The price was 341$ and some change at 24in but it gave 18 20 inch very short.
I usually buy from this company no problems but yea this was a no go I just resold the wig for a cheaper price to get cash quick in order to order from wig dealer instead.

Wiggins hair company customer service is terrible. I purchased a wig and on the day I received it. I communicated to them that I was not happy with the color when I received a response. They asked for me to send them pictures of the lace of the packaging and I complied. I did not receive a response so after emailing several times, I finally received a reply and was asked for more pictures. I provided those pictures and now I’m being ghosted I would have exchange the wig for something more suitable, but they didn’t give me that opportunity. I even shared with them that if I don’t hear back from them, I would post a review about my experience. They still didn’t respond so I am letting you know that Wiggins hair companies customer service is awful and I would not purchase from them again and if they decide to make it right, I will also post that, but it has been almost a month that I’ve been communicating with them and if they were gonna allow me to return the wig, I’m sure that would’ve happened by now. I am very, very disappointed and upset because I have supported this company for many years. Apparently all they care about is getting your money, but not giving you the service you deserve.

Very unhappy with the way they’ve changed. In 2021, I spent $1500 on hair and was so happy at the time I thought I could rely on the quality being the same. I bought, a $500 raw virgin hair HD lace wig and it came with a Lagos hair line ( not on listing ), the hair smelled so full of chemicals and to this day after over a month and several washes still has that slight smell. Also no matter what I do to the hair: style with mouse, olaplex oil, straighten. It still frizzes IMMENSLY. I am very unhappy with this, for $500 I expected better.

I have been wearing wigs for over 15 years and I’ve never had a wig that sheds like this wig. Just running my fingers through it hair comes out. I’ve conditioned it with the best and if you just shake your head it sheds all on my bathroom floor. I would never purchase another wig from them.

The wig arrived the exact time I was told it would. My hairdresser had so much fun installing it on me cause it’s so easy and soft and didn’t need any pre-bleaching or pre-plucking. Will definitely shop again💗

I am filing this complaint regarding deceptive and unethical business practices by this seller on TikTok Shop.
After purchasing a wig advertised as 18 inches, I left an honest review based on my experience. The seller then contacted me outside of the TikTok platform and offered me a free replacement product in exchange for deleting my review. I was persuaded to delete my honest review in good faith.
After I deleted the review, the seller sent a replacement wig claiming it was 18 inches. However, the wig measures approximately 14 inches and was packaged in an 18-inch labeled bag, which I believe is misleading. When I questioned the discrepancy, the seller blocked me.
I am not seeking a refund. My concern is the seller’s manipulation of customer reviews, deceptive product representation, and blocking communication after misleading conduct. I have screenshots of the off-platform messages offering compensation in exchange for deleting my review, as well as photos showing the actual wig length and packaging.
I am requesting that this business be investigated for deceptive practices and review manipulation.

I received a HORRIBLE unit that they offered to refund me a whooping $20 for. The wefts were totally visible and could be seen no matter how the hair was styled. I went back and forth with them for DAYS. do not but from these horrible people with their horrible wigs!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I saw someone make a similar review and my only regret is not seeing it before I sent this company my money. They stated the wig was sent, delivered and received according to THEIR courier, but nothing was delivered to me. It’s been over a month of back and forth and them pretending to look into the issue, until I asked for a refund and miraculously an update appeared. The update? They can’t do anything. Please try any other wig company before you try Wiggins. Your money will be gone and you will be wigless.

This company is a fraud and a scam. They delivered my package to the wrong address and then denied responsibility and lied to Paypal stating everything was delivered to me and my claims were false. I have photo proof of the delivery to the wrong address, a signed letter from FedEx, and multiple emails from Wiggins confirming I didn't receive this package. I asked for a full refund for the issues and instead was denied and told I could only get a $200 refund. I paid $560 for 2 products and didn't receive anything. I do not want a reship or exchange. Give me my money back. All charges will be disputed and I will continue to report this scam and fraud until the issue is resolved.

I ordered from Wiggins twice. Save your money. I’ve always idolized Wiggins hair based on the online photos and partnered reviews on YouTube. The hair is amazing out the box with first day install. After a week, this hair began to shed. Embarrassingly, I had hair everywhere on a daily bases not only from the frontal but the cap. The hair quality also deteriorated after the 2nd wash. It became stiff and very thin. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You will be highly disappointed.

Wiggins hair update: Product Does Not Meet Expected Standards
Update: customer service told me the HD units no longer arrive pre-bleached. They should inform customers of this.
The hair I received did not have bleached knots as advertised and contained an excessive number of short hairs at the top, which negatively affected the overall appearance.
While the hair does feel thick and the curls added are well done, these positives do not outweigh the quality concerns.
I am currently in the process of returning the item, as it does not meet the standard or description I expected. An update will be provided once the return process is complete.

I placed an order with Wiggins Hair and the package was shipped via FedEx.
FedEx later confirmed the package was LOST IN TRANSIT — not delayed, not misdelivered, lost.
This was not my error.
This was not an address issue.
This was not a refusal or missed delivery.
The item was never delivered.

Despite FedEx confirming the loss, Wiggins Hair:
• Refused to issue a refund

• Accept a replacement on their terms
• Or simply absorb the loss myself
