I ordered the tab shirt and was really impressed with the fit, fabric and overall craftsmanship- it looks and feels fantastic.

Unfortunately the first shirt I received had a small mark on it which was disappointing. However I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and professionally. They arranged postage labels for my return and arranged a replacement with no fuss and the new shirt arrived in perfect condition.

Things can go wrong occasionally but what really matters is how a company handles it and in this case, the service was faultless. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

In the past, there have been delays in receiving a refund. However, the cut of the clothes is fantastic and the materials are always lovely so I always reorder. This month, I ordered the Loft Boilersuit in two sizes (it comes up large). I received my refund very quickly for the returned size.

The skirt that I ordered was ok quality but huge and not worth the massive price so I returned it two weeks ago, still no refund and no response to my emails. Very poor customer service

took 17 days to issue a refund which still has not landed in my bank account (and was charged £11 for the postage, which was made clear but still hurts). Would not buy again from them because of this.

Very quick to take lots of money off you, not so quick to give it back when you make a return of frankly not brilliant quality clothing for the prices. Very disappointed 😞

The customer service and the clothes are simply wonderful! I have not experienced such personal, responsive and caring service for such a long time.....and with beautiful clothes too....a dream!

I love Wiggy Kit clothes but the company’s customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

They take 2 weeks after receiving a return before issuing a refund which then takes another week to hit your account. For a company selling big ticket items and not offering exchanges this is unacceptable and out of line with the time taken by the vast majority of similar retailers.

I have also had many poor interactions with customer service over the years with incorrect information on stock and generally unhelpful replies.

I purchased the Black wool bodysuit last Winter (23/24)
I have worn it a handful of times but due to the fact that the body poppers are not backed onto anything despite being careful how I fasten and unfasten, the fabric has ripped around the popper fastenings.
Wiggy Kit have said that as no one else has reported same it's my responsibility and refused to do anything more. It was a considered purchase and I believe it's a fault in the design not to have backed the poppers onto a fastening panel. they are leaving it to me to get a seamstress to do that. I fundamentally disagree and I won't be purchasing through them again for this reason. A warning for anyone else with this item.

Beautifully crafted with exquisite fabrics. Expensive but worth it as they are wardrobe staples that will be loved and worn for years! This is the way fashion should be …reminiscent of the way our mothers bought clothes to last and become best friends.

I have been a loyal and long-time customer of Wiggy Kit. Recently, I had a few small concerns with a couple of orders and reached out to their customer service team and their response and assistance solidified my loyalty to the brand. Not only did they resolve my issue in a timely manner, they were considerate of my asks and wanted to ensure I had a good experience. Customer service is crucial for all brands, especially smaller brands, and Kate at Wiggy Kit was wonderful. Thank you, and I look forward to continuing to add to my Wiggy Kit collection!

Fabulous quality and designs; very unique clothing that always draws compliments. Very good customer service.

Appalling garment & appalling customer service. The shirt is no better than a second, it's huge and the arms are so long it's a joke. Appalling customer service. The item came creased and customer service literally told me to steam it!!!..... It also has a dirty mark which they say is the lace under the fabric. Either way they have sold a sub standard garment. My advice don't buy from this company.

Bought a £400 dress which I returned nearly two weeks ago. Not had any response from the company despite sending them two emails - terrible. This isn’t legal and I will be taking it further if they don’t reply soon. Disgusting customer service

Appalling lack of customer service - in breach of consumer protection rights - would not respond to return requests said too late when within the 14 day legal period- would not buy from them again
