Why can't you get a cash in anymore?

I've been trying to cash in a few football coupons and it just says "cash in unavailable"

Trying to prove my identity to get out £12 I've won. Didn't ask upfront before they take your money!!! I've done everything you want in the right format and date and keep rejecting it. Scammers just want to make it hard to get your money out so you stop and they get to keep it!

Used William Hills Boldmere Sutton Coldfield for MANY years but last few they have developed an annoying habit of closing before stated time on door as if the customer is a nuisance

Do not use this company, they offer free promotions like bonus drop and then they exclude you from all promotions without explaining why. Their customer service is terrible.
Plenty of better gambling companies out there.

I got my my account restricted because I was winning too often. I'm not sure if other betting sites/apps are the same, but it's very sketchy. They only keep your account active if they can make money off you, very shady.

Certain staff are not worthy of a job there conduct is disrespectful and not very courteous or pleasant in fact there attitude is disgraceful very miserable face all of the time it puts me off going in there and I try to avoid this branch but sometimes I can not avoid it as I live local !!

Used William hill for a while always stayed within my limits and then one time after I deposited over £100 my account was restricted no email to say this but they will still gladly take my money I could deposit right now if I had half a brain and decided that was smart emailed there complaints team who are now ignoring me shocking service I will be taking this further if after 8 weeks they still don't email me

333 Fat frogs game should be investigated by the Gambling commission. Permanently gives you a bonus early doors and returns £2/£3. But when your progressive bonuses are literally full. You get cheated and it refuses to pay out taking thousands and thousands of spins. It should be illegal what they do to people.

I would put one star if I could. The games on that site just eat and eat your money. I get its about luck but surely the games bonus should drop eventually. Months and months and hundreds to nearly thousands for it to keep giving nothing. Learnt my lesson.

A promotion was offered to me in the form of a free matched bet however upon trying to utilise it wasn’t available. I asked the question to be told that restrictions were applied on my account (no doubt due to the fact I was having success) and it wasn’t applicable. Why was I offered this promotion to begin with? WH are operating in an unethical matter for financial gain. Spend your money elsewhere.

In William Hill's Huddersfield shop, I've been in with so-called 'free' vouchers from the newspapers only to be told they wouldn't accept them as they'd already accepted a few. The staff are also very rude. Online, they also cheat. I picked a betbuilder that would have won but there was a glitch, with Hill's stating the bet couldn't be taken due to a technical hitch - how convenient. This is how petty Hills are. Because I've criticised them online, I've received a message that I'm no longer getting any of the promotions such as free spins etc. How childish!!

If I could rate zero I would. The casino games are 100% rigged for customers to lose. The payouts are set to minimal. The fact I played a certain game for over 6 months depositing around 10 a day with only one payout of significant size £110 is a joke. I played the same game on other sites and had a healthy win loss ratio. William hill are scamming its own customers daily and need a proper investigation into the casino games

William Hill are scamming people out of there money you can open an account without verification and lodge money but when you want to take money out you have to verify your account William Hill will close your account for no reason
It's because they don't want to payout was just speaking to a supervisor from William Hill and he told me my account was closed end off
William Hill should be investigated and shut down
Looking at the amount of times they were fined you think they would learn from it.
People should avoid William Hill like the plague maybe that will wake them up and have them stop scamming people

I don't know what has happened to William hill but it's now disgusting.... I am convinced the payout percentage has been changed to basically nothing I've just topped up my account and tried the slots ... Bad idea 150 spins with nothing no bonus nothing... I give up on them now ...
