William is highly experienced in the real estate industry. He operates with great integrity and cares deeply about helping people. He is a knowledgeable and straightforward teacher and has given excellent advice and guidance whenever I have asked. In an industry full of slick gurus, William is the real deal mentor.

I have followed William for twenty years or more, and have bought several courses from him. He appears to be honest and weathered.

Possibly the most important perspective he presents involves seller financing, which most other REI gurus avoid. Yes, subject-to is his primary angle; but, his slant on seller financing is one of his most persuasive techniques in my book.

Just one of my deals, last year, made a net profit of over $100,000! I would say William's courses are worth every penny and so much more! I've known William for almost 20 years. He has taught the same thing for as long as I've known him. Buying several (not hundreds) of houses and making them cash flow for a steady income. He doesn't chase every shiny object. He doesn't preach that everyone needs to build an 8 figure empire. He teaches simple concepts to acquire real estate and not complicate your life.
