I used Willow Isle Capital to arrange an HMO mortgage and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As anyone who's dealt with HMO lending knows, it's a more complex process than a standard residential mortgage, but the team made it feel straightforward. They were genuinely attentive to my requests throughout — whenever I had a question or needed something clarified, they came back to me quickly and clearly, and I never felt like I was chasing for updates.

Worked alongside Stefan and Josh as they arranged a refurbishment loan for me, to finish a small development of 4 New Build Houses we are doing.
