Excellent Customer Service
I order a part for my camper and was not able to pick it up at my shipping address. This company swiftly investigated the situation and I had the part within a week. Time was a factor and their efforts were greatly appreciated.

I placed order on Aug
I placed order on Aug. 10th and paid $60+ for overnight shipping because I wanted to install extension cable before going on a fishing trip. Item arrived 6 or 7 days later when I was gone on the trip. I should be refunded for the extra shipping costs.

Antwoord van willygoodprice.com
We apologize for the inventory overlap. Due to the high demand of this cable, we sold our last one in stock as your payment was processing. Our next shipment from the manufacturer arrived a couple days later. Our sales manager called you to explain the situation and refunded your shipping charges in full.
Great products at great prices with…
Great products at great prices with great service as well. Cheaper than buying thru Amazon and the shipping was free. The scope rings I bought fit great. The description for the same item on Amazon was vague but on this website it was accurate for what I needed. I saved a couple bucks as well. Shipping was fast and free.

Very good service
Very good service. Had to call to get information on Powerwinch capston
300. Left message and received a answer by the next day. Purchased power winch and received within 1 week. I live in Alaska and that was reasonable amount of time for shipping. I would recommend Willygoodprice.com to anyone.
With Covid 19 being tuff on businesses and employees, they did a great
job getting this product to me. Someone is going to be very happy with this
Christmas present.

Great people, great price, great Service!
Their customer service person Nicole went great length to make sure my order arrives safely to the UK, the first post went missing but they replaced the item and resend it soon after. Took a bit of time on the way (likely due to the election in the Sates), but I am very happy with the purchase, and most importantly, the friendliness and professionalism of their people.
