Needed replacement handle for suitcase. Item was sent and received promptly and when we had problems fitting it (we are in our 80s) spoke to Ash who was extremely helpful and talked us through the process. Excellent customer service

Very good customer service
I had requested engraving but hadn’t done my exit properly so had had not paid for the engraving and I sent an email got a response and paid the correct amount and the engraving was perfect and what was requested the wallet is very nice and better quality and a bit bigger than I expected it is for a gift but I would consider getting another one for a different occasion

Bought for a Birthday so I cannot comment on longevity. However the customer service was bang on, not something that's great in this day of age. Received it the next day, looks great.
