This company is almost criminal, they don't care about anything, lie and do not keep their promises when you receive a damaged product of poor quality in general, you will not receive the promised replacement

Do not trust this company. I ordered glasses and it never came. After long time they answered my email and after all just offered me 20 percent of the price which I paid as a refund.

This company is HORRIBLE! I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses and after almost a month they arrived, directly from CHINA, and the quality is HORRENDOUS! They said they would replace them but I needed to pay shipping and handling from Canada! These people are thiefs stay away, they sell absolutely junk and are there to steal your money!

I ordered the Space Monkey sunglasses 6 weeks ago. I wrote customer service and they responded with "we've recently changed shipping companies blah blah" Then they gave me a tracking number. It was a broken link and showed me nothing. Then I wrote back and never got a response. I've written 3 more times since then and they aren't even courteous enough to respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered the sunglasses, and payed for shipping insurance. I never received them and they’re refusing to refund or to ship me out another pair.
For a week tracking told me it was in New Jersey and then I got an email saying that it’s now in Transit. The next day I check it and said it was delivered five days ago. They say that was a glitch?!
The USPS informed delivery shows no package delivered. My ring doorbell shows nobody delivering a package.
Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

Do not buy from this company! I never received the product. Everytime I checked the tracking status they would change the dates around so it looked like my order was on the way, but it never came. They are a scam company.
I'm going to contact my card company and let them know that this garbage company stole from me.
I am posting warnings all over Facebook (where I found the company) to let everyone know that these people are common thieves.

Do not buy. Horrible customer service. The glasses are made out of poor quality plastic. Their return policy it is really bad and they take for ever to return any money.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THIS COMPANY. Placed an order and got a order confirmation and tracking number. It was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. I checked the tracking number after a week later and it said it was in transit and had arrived from China to a warehouse in Los Angeles. Three weeks later it was showing still at that warehouse. I complained and when I threatened to report they apologized, offered to give a 20% discount and still send. Never received the reimbursement or the item. I got a fake customer service email with an ai picture and fake name in the email signature. When I contacted them again, they didn't bother to respond. Two months later it is still showing that it is in transit and at that warehouse in Los Angeles. I looked up the tracking app and it is a real tracking app often used by scammers since they input the transit info. Finally had to contact CC company to report and change my card info.
