I had occasion to use Wilsons of Nantwich to value, for probate purposes a deceased relatives jewelery and watches and to subsequently dispose of them through their auction site. I found Liz Bailey to be most efficent
and professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I bought a lot from Wilson55.com on behalf of a family member.
I had no experience of bidding let alone a live auction.
The experience was seamless and enjoyable.
I contacted Wilson55 to pay for my item and organise shipment. Staff were excellent and explained the procedure and the item was delivered promptly and safely.

Enjoyed the whole experience, especially meeting Chris Large who was very polite and courteous and above all had the time for my young son who is himself very passionate about firearms and military weapons. Made a refreshing change from a lot of people I deal with in the fraternity. Chris is a wealth of knowledge with firearms and an asset to Wilson 55. Having never even attended an auction before, I was pleasantly surprised with the easy, informative communication from start to finish from Wilson55. Liz Bailey was really helpful and clearly very passionate about the items being sold in this particular auction. They were transparent when it came to fees and commission, plus they do all of the work for you - which is handy when you're totally clueless about this kind of thing!

I recently purchased some items from this auction house. The staff were helpful with condition reports before the auction. The shipping was first class, the packing was excellent and the goods arrived in tact. I will certainly buy from Wilson55 again.

The only very slight niggle was on the odd occasion for some reason they don't answer their phone and after a while the phone cuts off, this should be improved.

As a buyer I noted that this auction house offered a shipping service and on that basis I bid for and won one of the lots. However, when I asked them to quote for shipping they announced they no longer offered that service, despite it still being mentioned on their website. I wrote pointing that out and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply! Poor form.
