Terry Gleeson @ Wilson Storage, South Melbourne - Outstanding service and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication was always clear, prompt and professional, which made the entire process a breeze. The South Melb location is super convenient and the facility itself was always clean, highly secure and very easy to access. Terry went above and beyond to assist and I can't thank or recommend him more highly, cheers Terry!

The staff at Wilson Storage South Melbourne really make the difference. It’s an older facility but it’s clean and well maintained, access is great and the staff are fantastic and super friendly.

Wilson Storage South Melbourne is brilliant - facility is clean, bright and tidy; Terry and team are outstanding, they go above and beyond. Clean, easy to access for 7/24 which is amazing. And the best part Terry is an amazing manager!

Staff excellent. Usually walked from home - parking spot often involved a wait for someone to leave. Rent increases ridiculous. $165 for 10 months.$189 for 5 then March $202.

The staff were always able to assist with any issue no matter how small and made us feel secure that storage was safe.

I was very impressed with the service that Terry offered me. He was efficient and flexible and resolved my situation quickly. The South Melbourne facility was also very clean and access was easy.

The fees are absolutely exorbitant and their portal keeps forgetting the autopay added credit card leading to massive late fees even when the issue is raised. Found the same size storage a third of the price just outside of the city area. Honestly can not recommend at all based on fees alone, I wish it was more convenient to have moved earlier but now that I’ve left it’s an absolute sigh of relief.

Easy to deal with, reliable and great with their communication. Terry the manager does a great job and is pleasant to deal with.

Needed some last-minute storage help and gave these guys a call. I dealt with Nick and also his manager Terry.

Both guys were amazing and empathetic with my situation of needing a very last-minute storage solution. They were accommodating and understood how stressed I was given that I was left stranded by Removalist during a recent move and needed to have my belongings somewhere until I could organise myself.

I couldn’t fault how these guys handled my situation and made me feel at ease
