We had a wonderful day at Wimbledon. Our debenture tickets provided us with excellent seats to view exciting matches. In addition we had access to the debentures facility with its excellent restaurants and bars. The management provided great service in helping me access my tickets in the App, even calling me in the US from the UK. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was nervous about booking such expensive tickets with an unknown company. However, everyone, especially Andy, were helpful and informative throughout the process, even up to a few days before.
We had a great day at Wimbledon, even though the weather was atrocious. Had we not had debenture tickets, the day would have been a disaster.

It was a perfect day. A bit rainy, but this is London!!!

The second time I have used WDO and I’m as impressed as I was the first time. Fantastic tickets provided and a quality team backing up the ticket sales. Will be using again !

We’ve been to Wimbledon many times using debenture tickets
This year was definitely not up to scratch
The food area was grubby and had remnants of food along the tray area
The scones were very cold (straight from fridge or freezer), the clotted cream actually frozen and the jam watery. You can’t charge around £14 for 2 solid scones and frozen cream!
The ladies lavatories needed cleaning and by 6pm there was no soap in the dispenser - obviously no one checks
I’ve always been so impressed with your club so I’m very disappointed to have this experience

We chose Wimbledon Debenture Owners instead of higher profile corporate hospitality alternatives for our middle Saturday 3rd round Wimbledon visit in July'24. Delighted that we did.

Great communication in the run-up (Christina was super helpful), including timely notice/actioning of restaurant bookings (lunched in the Courtside restaurant), as well as comprehensive detail on Wimbledon's excellent debenture holder facilities (which we enjoyed throughout the day).

Our seats were excellent - section 203.

Wimbledon is a bucket-list trip and the debenture owner's experience in our view more authentic and special than corporate hospitality alternatives.

We enjoyed our previous experience with Debenture Owners tickets and so we returned this year. We had four tickets for ourselves and family and we were very happy with the whole experience. I’m sure we will be back next year.

My family had a fantastic experience. Our seats were great, and I know it was the "luck of the draw" but we had very exciting, third-round matches.

Coming from the US, we wanted to make sure we went with a reputable company. This team is extremely responsive and coordinated. Everything went smoothly.

Great service from the Wimbledon Debentures team. James and Christina were excellent - always really quick to respond and super helpful with questions and request. We had a fantastic day on Centre Court (Go Emma) and will be back again next year.

I was unsure about purchasing Wimbledon tickets (never having purchased tickets overseas) until I spoke with Debenture Owners. They gave me complete and accurate information over the phone. The seats were EXACTLY as described as they were in a prime location and were even better than I had expected. If I return to Wimbledon I will definitely call them again! You can trust these people with your Wimbledon experience.

I very much appreciated all their input from before I ordered tickets right up to our visit on Thursday, including securing Courtside Restaurant bookings, providing a gift voucher and their amazing responsiveness to all calls & emails.
