Windone Support Saved Summer!
Claire and the Windone support team helped diagnose and replaced our batteries. This is unheard of in the in the e-bike world. Both our boys are able to cruise again right as summer starts. Thanks again Windone support! A++++

Rough delivery and rough installation
It was rough at first with buying the bike and the delivery as it showed on website was within 1 to 3 business days yet it took longer with no tracker updates. On the bright side when I sent out an email to their support, I got a kind understanding response . Then when the package arrived the seat shock absorber was not aligned and took me 2 days to sort it out as it is extremely difficult to twist. Then another problem with the battery . When u email their support they are kind with responding however when i reached out to them about the deffected battery they suggested sending a new bike instead when they can only replace the battery and nake things easier. That shows that they want to make it hard for customers rather than easy. It was hard enough to install the bike , expect me to uninstall it again and pack it in the box and send one of the heaviest bikes I have seen back then wait another 2 weeks or God knows how long to get the new one and then install it again. Ridiculous, by the time all this happens Summer will be over and i will barely ride the bike. And that was it, Never heard back from them. Disappointing experience

Claire was extremely responsive when I experienced an error 3 code after assembling the bike and only a few short rides. She expedited the order and I received it in less than a week. She sends follow up emails with tracking links and always responds quickly to my inquiries and is super pleasant to deal with.

At first when I ordered my new Windone K2 fat tire e bike I got a bit of a scare as for some reason PayPal had told me that they were a fraudulent company as when I first purchased it a red flag warning from my bank came up on my screen as possible fraud ( which is good that they are looking out for me ) After that is when I had called PayPal. Needless to say all is well now as after a few days my e bike had finally arrived. As far as the bike goes. I just love it's ruggedness out on the road. It rides very well. I am slowly getting used to the peddle assist. The over all look of the bike looks like a small motorcycle and I love that.
I just wish that the Windone support team were a little faster at getting back to they're customers and I do hope for the sake of myself and other customers as well that they get a shipment of batteries in soon as I'd like to have a spare one on hand so I can make longer trips and won't have to worry about running out of juice. On another positive note. Claire at customers support is wonderful but I still can't figure out why Windone doesn't have a toll free number ? All in all.. I love my bike. It's pretty fast for an e bike. That's my honest opinion

Excellent Customer Service
As far as customer service goes, I give Ms Claire 5 stars. Claire has excellent communication skills and always kept me informed about locating the parts I needed. I wish a battery mounting bracket was available but that is not Claire's fault. That is the companies fault. Also batteries should be readily available and not out of stock for so many months. That again is not Claire's fault. Ms Claire was able to help me get the battery replacement even though the website continues to say sold out. I noticed this week the company is not listing E2 eBikes for sale. This model is very popular but has some issues, however the company provided and replaced those ebikes. I hope they are going to solve those issues before selling more E2 models in the near future. Thank you Ms Claire and WindOne.
Winsome E-bikes as bad as their construction
I purchased an E2 e-bike on 7/26/25 and received it on 8/8/25. After spending hours putting it together, we came to realize neither brake worked. I contacted Windone right away and they apologized and ultimately said they would refund me for the defective bike and pay for the disassembly of the e-bike so it could be shipped back. They said to send the receipt for the disassembly and the tracking number once I shipped it. They acknowledged receiving the shipping confirmation, but said the disassembly cost (which was $175) was more than they’d thought it would be. (I’d Googled what an appropriate cost would be to disassemble and e-bike to ensure why I was quoted was reasonable ($100-$300) and, since it was, I went ahead with the disassembly and sent the sales receipt to Windone showing the cost was solely for disassembly.) Windone stopped returning my emails about the promised reimbursement, and now I am out of pocket $175 to send back Windone’s defective e-bike. They are not on BBB and they are based in China. The company is not even called Windone, it is Freeman Investment Holding Limited. Buyers beware.
