As stated below, my door was installed flawlessly, but there was a problem with the door seal and an issue with the lock. I am still waiting for the door part, but Jeff (the project manager) has been back twice to address the seal issue and he also did fix the lock issue. He even supplied us with a draft stopper for the seal problem. This is customer service!
I do look forward to this issue being resolved.

My door was installed in January. Sales, communication and installation seemed flawless. I was quite happy.
Unfortunately, I later discovered there was a 1/2 gap on the bottom of my door sill. Although, your response was quick, the actual fix will not come for two months. This occurs during the coldest winter spell of the decade. Obviously, I am no longer thrilled.
I actually feel I should be compensated.

Another point: I was told that the company would be able to key the Schlage hardware to my other installed Schlage locks. That did not happen. Ex The key was one of the reasons that I chose to use Windowrama. Another disappointment.

Great professional work. The crew worked diligently and completed the project in three days as they planned. Installed windows and doors with care and removed all old windows and clutter off the property. The customer care was terrific in resolving a minor issue after the project was completed.

The install of sliding doors required a first coat of spackle after sheet rock
Additional coats were my responsibility
Their attempt at spackling was horrible
My painter would not deal with it
Said he would have to remove and start over
You are coming back
Hopefully do a better job

We love our new windows! Greg and Fred did an awesome job with the installation. It went real smooth. There was no mess left afterwards. And the windows look amazing. I definitely recommend WindowRama for replacement windows.

This was a great experience working with WindowRama, from the ordering to the installation. The windows are beautiful. I'm very pleased and have already recommended them to two of my neighbors. Workers were very caring and thorough,as well as neat and clean.

I'm so happy with my new windows and door, and the installation process. The installation team were professional, did a great job, and cleaned up once the work was finished. They also confirmed how we would like certain things done and showed me how everything looked and worked once the work was finished. I had a few questions and they were very helpful in explaining the answers. I'm so glad we went with Windowrama.

Delivery of hardware was on time and neatly placed in garage.
Installers arrived early and were very neat and orderly in their work and careful with the installation process.
Inspector was also timelly and performed a careful inspection of the completed work.
