We initially visited their showroom and Matt was very helpful in showing us options for our front door. Then Joe came to measure up and then fit.
Asked about touch up paint which was promptly ordered and dispatched. All paperwork issued ASAP. The door looks fabulous I would recommend them

CompositeDoors2You supplied and fitted our new front door. We found their online design software useful in the initial stage, it was great to see different door styles in the showroom and Mathew was very helpful in explaining the security options available. We're very pleased with the door and can recommend CompositeDoors2You.

We have now used Composite Doors 2 You twice, first occasion was the fitting of a bedroom window, down stairs window, and a front door with side panels. The work was carried out in a very timely manner. The second occasion using them was to replace the Fascia & Guttering on the front & back of the property, and re do the top of our bay windows, as the lead work was poor.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Mathew & his team!

We had our front and back door fitted in February 2022.

Mat kept us informed of the ordering process throughout.

We ordered a beautiful Irish Oak Front Door with the door being white on the inside with matching frame and a lovely Agate Grey Stable Back Door with the door being white on the inside and white frame on both sides.

Mat gave us an estimated timescale but the manufacturers came back and said because of our colour choice, it would be at least triple the wait, due to having a backlog because of the pandemic. Mat quickly contacted us with what our options were and talking it through we decided to change the Front Door to Irish Oak on both sides with matching frame. I am so glad we did as it has given the hallway a warming focal point which we now know we want to take through the house.

Steve and Joe came to fit the doors and they were the loveliest of guys. They worked tirelessly through the blustering wind and rain to ensure the doors were fitted on the date given. Again they let me know of what was going on as the doors were being fitted. For example the house had an old DIY alarm system that we have replaced and they checked in with me before doing anything with the wires and after a chat they knew to ensure that the old wiring, going through the walls, was nicely hidden away, and it is nowhere to be seen now. They were very skilled and paid attention to the details, especially with the sealant being practically perfect.

We did have one hiccup a couple of days after the doors were fitted, when the rubber door seal popped out of it's groove, but we contact Mat and Steve was back at the house the very same day to fix it and made sure it wouldn't come out of place again.

Both of the doors look wonderful, feel so much more secure and give the house a much needed facelift!

I would definitely recommend this friendly company, who feel like they want the best for their customers and if you're lucky enough to visit the office/showroom you may even get snuggles with Milo the dog.

P.S. Make sure you have vegan biscuits for Steve, it will make his day! :)

Great team great product great value more communication on time of arrival would of been nicer but overall we’re very happy with the door

I purchased a composite door from this company in on 20 October 2020, although we did not receive the door until March 2021 and we fitted it a couple of months later.

I noticed cracks around the beading around my glass on the door. So the door had been fitted for no more than 10 months by this time.

The company's response - its your fault you have impact damaged it. Go to the manufacturer there is nothing we can do!! Great customer service right there. Of course the I went to the manufacturer and got exactly the response I anticipated - your contract is with the supplier. No one is taking responsibility because according to them it's me that's damaged it, yet they won't tell me how I have done this.

Avoid at all costs - its not worth it you will only end up spending twice as much on a much better door so you might as well do it from the start.

WOW in response to your reply to me:

1. I have missed no part of the story out at all

2. The pandemic has absolutely nothing to do with the problems. I have not said the the timeframe for delivery was a problem I noted this to show that we actually had the door for only 12 months before it failed.

3. Yes not covered by warranty because you both said I had damaged them which is a blatant lie. If they are damaged by opening and closing the door this is unfit for use.

4. You offered free delivery but I still had to pay to replace a damaged part of the door. Of course I rejected it because if I accept I can't then take you to court.

5. Yes I did ask for the manufacturers details ONLY AFTER you told me I had to take it up to them and you refused to do anything for me.

I have the emails to back up everything I am saying so I know I am not the one telling lies
