AVOID….At all costs these seat covers do not fit they are not bike specific, terrible customer service and good luck with getting a refund, absolute joke, should of stuck with cool covers and listened to the negative reviews.

Bought one of these for my 2022 Yamaha Tracer 9gt.
It didn’t fit. They ask for the make, year and model of bike but these are not bike specific covers they are generic and ‘possibly’ will fit some seats of a similar size.
The seats on the Tracer 9gt are a very tight fit to the tank and pillion seat and these covers do not take that into account.
These covers are the same thickness throughout the whole cover so even if you manage to get the cover to fit (which is doubtful) you will not get the seat to fit back on the bike, I tried 3 times. The material on the front and back needs to be a thinner material. I eventually got a refund, although you pay for your own return which personally I find unacceptable as the product isn’t fit for purpose.
DO NOT BIY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I contacted a company called cool covers and they do a bike specific cover which actually does have the front and rear of the cover made with a thinner material so it will actually fit as they know the seat on the Tracer 9gt is a tight fit. Cool Covers have apparently been manufacturing covers since 2022 and never had a problem.
I don’t know if other people have had problems with other bike covers from Windrider because all reviews on their adverts are 5* and everyone thinks they’re great.

Brought a set of Windrider covers for my Triumph Tiger 1200 XC rear fitted no issues but the front set was a non starter left a three inch gap from the bottom of the seat, didn't fit at all. Wanted to send them back Windrider were quite nasty about it, showed them pictures of the one that didn't fit.

They tried to tell me I had custom seats, these are both standard that come with the bike from new, then Windrider wanted to charge me £14 restock fee, that is illegal in the UK.

Also because I made a PayPal claim with the difficulty in trying to get them to accept the return Windrider also wanted to deduct a further £25 for me opening a case with PayPal?

In the end I had to do a charge back with my bank to get a refund even after Windrider had received the items back in perfect condition, would not recommend this company, in the end I purchased Cool Covers, more expensive but 100% better quality and fit perfectly.

Mesh is much more efficient at draining water, airflow is also superior to Windrider, heated seats work just as good but obviously take a little longer to heat up due to having the covers on anyway, but no issues with Cool Covers.

Windrider on the other hand terrible customer service, even rude in the email reply blaming my incompetence lol, extra hidden charges all over the place would highly recommend you don't purchase Windrider, since then I have found on many FB bike groups others like myself who had similar experiences with Windrider not fitting, including poor customer services and extra hidden charges.

Bad customer service cover do not fit.

Website has no physical address so you are at risk generally if you order online with these guys.

Kawasaki Ninja SX1000 2021. Rider seat only. Website gives the impression that these are bespoke asking for exact model and year etc. They are not its a generic size system. The cover does not fit. Sent photos to customer service but they insist it should fit. It doesn't and a refund is agreed. The return address is local and I offer to ride there hoping someone could assist but apparently that's not possible. I asked for a return label but no response. Refund processed no problem but I'm out of pocket for the postage. I have bought a cover which looks the same direct from China which fits. Pillion seat included for a quarter of the price. Job done

I hope you read these comments before ordering. Absolute joke of a company. I can confirm the previous claims are accurate. The product is garbage.

I, unlike some did receive a response from them when I emailed. However I received an unsatisfactory response, I went ahead with returning the product to them for a full refund. Following every instruction they gave me.

Now they've pulled some shady s!*t

My guess would be by not accepting the return when it arrived. Leaving me to argue the toss with Royal Mail. Definitely not to be trusted.

Do not waste your time or hard earned money!

Practical reasons aside, I liked the look of these covers - they give a rugged adventure aesthetic. But please do not purchase from WindRider.

Their covers are not model specific (despite having to input a make, MY etc on the website before purchase), rather a generic fit that likely caters to most. Sadly, my Triumph Tiger 1200 has only 95% coverage with gaps at the side - certainly not what was advertised!

After the faff of getting the thing on, prepare for a mess-about fitting your seat back onto your motorcycle. I thought I was going to break something at one point! In the end I’ve had to compromise by removing the pillion cover as the material simply doesn’t allow both to safely fit. Much sadness.

I’ll dock further points for taking weeks to arrive, and choosing Yodel as their courier. You’re asking for trouble there.

After reading horror stories about customer service and return issues, I’ll take the loss here and stick with what I’ve got. After all it looks ok (just ok).

Go with Cool Covers instead, brethren.

This product is made in China, the company are pretending they are here for the good of the biking community, yet the exact same product costs no more than $15 delivered worldwide.

I ordered a cover for my Kawasaki Versy. Waited ages for it to arrive for a so-called UK shipment? When it finally arrived, it did not fit. No where close to fitting, considering you have to put the exact details in for your bike as per the order requirements. I have tried contacting them several times and I'm getting no response at all from their customer service. Do not waste your time or money on this company....!

Don’t waste your money with these. The reviews on their website must be fake as no one has a good experience with them. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and no coms, no indication of me getting what I ordered. Will now contact bank and ask for a reversal on the order

Ordered a cover for k1600gtl, NEVER received it. Simple as that, customer service is a joke. 5days response time. Messed up my holiday.

Does not fit Triumph Tiger 900 GT despite being advertised.
Customer service refusing to accept that it won't fit despite me sending them numerous photos.
It is impossible to secure the seat on the bike with the cover fitted making it unfit for purpose & dangerous.
I have requested a returns paid for label as unfit for purpose but customer service now ignoring me.
I thought I was buying from a British company, item took ages to arrive and was shipped from China.
Avoid this company if you own a Triumph Tiger 900 (2025)

Doesn't fit my 2024 triumph 900 i ordered the correct year but they sent out the earlier model . Took awhile for it to arrive and no response from emails. I had to modify it to fit its also very difficult to put the seats back on the bike because of the thickness of the cover

Took a while to arrive. Fit was horrible with so much material underneath that it was hard to get seat back on. And after all that it was not comfortable at all. Final kicker...they charge you 12.99 restocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping. So in the end I lost a little over $20 to try their product. Website was not clear about this. A bit scammy feeling.

Bought one for my scooter. Poor generic fit that prevents fuel cap cover from opening and seat from closing. Troubleshooting the issue with the company is nonsense as they ask you to modify the cover. cutting holes, etc. A link was provided to an unlisted video. So they don't even want to make these public.

This advice means that if you return after making the modifications they won't refund you. returns at you expense which renders their 'money back guarantee' pretty much useless.

Steer clear and find a better option. Waste of money.

I don't normally one star company's but this one is a worthy recipient of a shonky award. 100% a scam product that relies on social media advertising and fake discounts to lure customers.

Please note that their return address features a company called 'TOP MERCHANDISE' so please know that once Windrider Seatcovers gets a bad rap that they'll probably just rebrand and continue rebadged aliexpress garbage.

Perfect cover for my Harley Davidson Heritage Classice - customer service helped me pick out the right one too as my model wasn't on the site originally. Highly recommend!
