What made my experience good was to have ??? take the time to explain what is covered in my plan.
My understanding was that e/gmail issues could be fixed by Windriver, and it can but that is not their business. Should you need any other problems regarding your computer resolved, Windriver will be able to resolve the issue.

An excellent value for money
My printer was not connected to my computer. They, although it took a long time, corrected the problem and verified the successful process. All is working quite well. I was also assured the service needed in the future will be provided on this equipment, as well as other equipment, for the next 3 years. Thank you!

Scammers
Scammers. Contacted my gran after she had an issue with her printer being broken.
Told her its no fix no fee. Took over her computer using a remote desktop tool. But also installed a a secondary tool to allow them back door access at a later date.
Installed suspicious program that was similar to a program available on the HP website but had been modified.
Didn't fix the issue and then requested £99 via email.
Reported to ActionFraud.police.uk who have confirmed this is fraudulent activity
