Been here a fair few times to get supplies for my wife's cakes. The prices are so much cheaper than just about anywhere else, there's always an excellent selection of products with some really nice seasonal decorations/packaging throughout the year. The owner is always really friendly and very helpful, its just a really good shopping experience all round. Keep up the good work!

I would recommend this company without hesitation. Each year I need a number of cake boxes and boards for the Christmas cakes I make and turn to Windsor Cakecraft for my needs. The 2 sponges I ordered were absolutely fantastic. A great flavour, texture and lively and fresh. They needed very little trimming before I decorated and stacked perfectly. Will definitely use again, value for money excellent too

I ordered and paid on line, as I was going to be in the area the following day, I collected my small order in person. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and told me that she’d bought the name Windsor craft along with their stock as the big warehouse was no longer trading, so it was a good job I checked up on the address or I would have gone to the wrong place!

Great service whether in store or ordering online. Lovely helpful staff and great choice of products at reasonable prices.

being able to pop in store and get things i need on the day is such a game changer! also it’s so lovely to chat to likeminded bakers and generally socialise, it’s such a gorgeous space and smells AMAZING.

Cannot rave about this place enough! Has everything I need as a cake baker! I used to use big companies but now I prefer the personal touch and the prices are great! I recommend all the time! Supporting local businesses is the way forward and the owner is so friendly!

i have been coming to olivia for a few months now as i created my new cake business in January, me and my mum found her shop online and we were amazed by all the different products she sold. every single time without fail me or my mum come into the shop we are greeted by olivia and she is so lovely, helpful and kind. as i was starting in January i was a-bit clueless and she gave me so many tips and tricks which was so helpful. i order online sometimes to click and collect from the shop and its ready the next day or even the same day, overall i have had the best experience every time i've visited windsor and olivia will continue to be my go too🩷!!
