The way this company treats their staff is absolutely disgusting. Lying to staff during the process of redundancy. Daniel is an awful area manager. That guy has no clue how to manage anything. No wonder stores keep closing. The problems start at the top of every business. Not to mention the quality of the shoes is absolute garbage. The creep owner should be more worried about numbers and less worried about the models he uses for his shoes.

Ho acquistato queste scarpe online a luglio. Molto belle e molto comode nulla da ridire a riguardo ma la scarpa destra si è già scollata e distrutta quasi interamente!!! Dopo neanche 2 mesi! Inaccettabile per un paio di scarpe del valore di 165€!!! Non posso nemmeno fare il reso perché dovrei spedirle in Australia al costo di quasi 50€!! Davvero una pessima esperienza con questa azienda. Consiglio di non sprecare i vostri soldi acquistando i loro prodotti solo perché li trovate belli 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Someone needs to be fired whoever designed their zipper tags probably did even graduate primary school.
They’re shaped in the shape of their logo which is a bull horn, cool whatever, EXECPT if you buy a pair of their boots the zipper catch on each other and end up ripping off. I wore my $180 boots for 5 mins before they broke. Not to mention they’re not even real leather. Don’t bother with the bad quality and NEVER buy them online because even if they break they still charge you for returning a faulty product

got in the website through an AD in Facebook, a pair of shoes on sale. nice, went in bought the item, paid for shipping. 6 days later, not the item, but an email arrives saying we will refund you. the amount of disappointment i felt. i just hate the catfish advertisements. Lucky i held off my urge to buy another pair of boots, they'd have succeeded catfishing me.

The customer service team was very quick, friendly, efficient, and not to mention helpful! I ordered some boots in the wrong size and wore them around my house a bit to see how they settle in. I saw the website had seemingly strict return policies. I wanted to exchange my boots for the correct size but didn’t want to go through the hassle of paying to send them back if they weren’t going to swap them. The customer service team were very quick responding to my query and helping me with the process (various emails sent back and forth took less than 24hrs to solve the issue). I now send them back knowing I can get an exchange without worry.

The absolute worst customer service. The manager Daniel as well as the staff on the bourke st shop in Melbourne are extremely rude and condescending. You can tell that they hate their jobs and are taking it out on customers. A better thing would be to find a different job if you hate so much being in there. No need to treat your customer this rudely.

Avoid this store, it has very limited selection anyway but an appalling behaviour from the staff to compensate I guess..

Terrible company!! I recieved shoes that had been burnt during the manufacturing process. They cost me NZD $50.00 shipping on top of the price of the shoes. I wrote to them about it and they want me to pay another NZD $50.00 to return them! Out $100 with nothing to show for it. STICK WITH DOC MARTENS, THEY HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER PRODUCTS!!!!

This review is for the trio: Windsor Smith/ Brown/ Made in China -man made upper leather boots. Congratulation for this trio, which won the 1st place for the worst boots/shoes I have ever wear in my life. The main culprit I consider to be Windsor Smith-Au, but the company is hiding quite efficient from customer reviews submitted in USA and Canada. I am from Thornhill, near Toronto, Canada.
The extremely bad: the upper leader “plastic” layer started to exfoliate from the under “textile” support, after only the most 16 occasions to wear the boots (in total in the first 2 years). You can see this fact from the 3 photos I attached to this review. The interesting fact is that the first 2 big areas of exfoliation were in parts of the boots without creases on them. I bought these boots to wear them only in my annual ski days – to drive the car and to walk in the ski village from the parking spot to the ski slope and back. The 2nd use was to shovel the snow after its fall, in which you step mostly behind a plastic shovel in a clean aria. Per year it means the most 4-5 ski days and 4-5 significantly snow clearing days. Of course, I had in the Shoe shop doubts about their durability, but I was tricked by another “Aldo” pair of looks like boots, bought 2 years earlier, which were and still are my winter daily wearing boots.
The good things: 1. The sole quality for winter boots. It will survive in very good condition when my boots will go to complete garbage (yes, I still wear them as a punishment for my stupidity-credibility and to remember). 2. Their nice, classic design, at least valid for me.

I wish to give minus to them!!! Shoes is amazing but if you get something wrong and it doesn't fit, it's not possible to return 😡😡🤬🤬 better look for this brand at another places (tkmaxx, self ridges)
